Will be interesting to see what comes along by a week Friday and the details in the circular. In the meantime the squeeze on aminex continues over KN-1,Ruvuma and the disputed $ (conveniently?)
Will be interesting to get the mood from solo's BOD this evening and also to talk to Malcy who will be in attendance.
Well either way I will be happy once the vote is out of the way, but if they are going ahead as some suggest without the licence then it begs the question, why did they not do that for the September or November date? unless of course the GOV has since asked for the vote as a condition of the licence?
lol, Just the way the herd move willow imo, real assets = real $ and will win out in the end, providing of course the JV get those licences and this bleedin farmout concluded, I can't deny it's slowmo since NT-2!
Not based on the numbers it's not willow, I am talking real CPR 2C numbers and flow rates on discovered and proven assets. Currently HH has 1 well @ around 700 bopd Solo has 2 wells that flow at around 3500 boepd. HH has 3 wells planed - solo has 8 wells planed.
Resources are currently over 40 times bigger willow, and 2C so in my mind absolutely the right thing. Still we should see soon as the JV said they will also be issuing a new CPR.
Best case - licence extension this week
Mid case - Licence by a week Friday
Worst Case - they are late and do not deliver on the expected date of a week Friday.
"The Company expects to post the Circular to shareholders by the end of November and convene an extraordinary general meeting to approve the Farm-Out in December. "

Aminex Aminex has announced that the longstop date for the farm-out of Ruvuma has been extended to 31 March 2019 in order to complete the conditions precedent. CEO Jay Bhattacherjee commented that they are making good progress and when completed will give AEX a full carry to significant production and free cash flows with no further recourse to funding. I recently met with Jay and whilst the time taken to complete the intense paperwork has been irritating the prize is still very much in sight. I know that he understands the pressure that this brings to investors but in this part of the world these things take time and should be taken into account. Solo Oil On the above I’m sure that Solo shareholders will also concur that concluding the farm-out will also be advantageous to them and therefore should welcome the news. On another subject I am very much looking forward to attending the Solo investor evening tomorrow night, details on the website.

Indeed Caddy our JV partners have been careful with their wording and used Expected again. Still if they had doubts they could have just said close of Q4, the fact they have put such a close deadline on themselves could be read as a strong sign of confidence.
Yes I think there will be multiple opportunities later on, it all depends on how much you think the licence is worth over Ruvuma I suppose and the risks you want to take either way.
RE: Shareholders meeting tomorrow21 Nov 2018 11:08
You could be right crusty, but then the farmout contractual closure as we have been saying is surely ultimately dependent on the 25 year development licence approval, so it depends on how quickly this follows the licence extension and shareholders vote.

Yes so my understanding and it seems most of the JV partner bb is that if the circular is to be posted a week tomorrow then the licence extension will be issued any day between now and next Friday.
Fingers crossed they get it over the line as "EXPECTED" this time!
Dunder, so far this morning and just this morning you have accused BG of not having a brain and me of not understanding English. I find you abusive when challenged over anything.
