The circular for the shareholders to vote on the deal is expected in 2 days Bluff and possibly the extension licence although this might be a condition of the vote?

As for the March date, it is an extension to the binding agreement date not the date that the Farmout will be concluded. It can be extended again or concluded anytime before that date.

Thats my understanding anyway.

No worries, so don't know if to expect the licence extension with the circular or post EGM vote? Hopefuly find out by Friday!

Yes aston I agree he has been around for a couple of years, but he is not top of the tree and the New Chairman and Non Exec director are of a very different calibre to the last guard. From the meeting on Thursday and my notes, I can only say it is being run like a very different company.

I have no idea what is going on behind the doors of the Gov and TPDC, but totaly agree that the waiting and waiting and waiting has had a massive negative impact on the share, I only hope that with the Zubairs as operator post JV farmout that we see some pace!

C-1 is all important, thats for sure, as is the development licence, 25 year licence and farmout and the sticky question of who is going to pay for the 22km pipeline, Gov or JV?

Well thank goodness the old guard are gone!!!

One thing for sure is that the new Board are ramping free, you could even complain they are completely the other side of the ramptastic fence for AIM but having met them, they appear about as staright down the line and focused as can be and I am happy to see how they deliver on their startegy and objectives (providing they don't take too long!)

A shame to see the market reaction here today but then again I think most people understand that Redmoor is a long way from being an asset that is generating cash, either through production or sale.

I certainly hope that when more material near term news on Cobre and LC come to bare and production revenues are generated from LC that fortunes will finally turn.

NG almost 2 years in my case, I know you keep suggesting I was here 5 years ago, but alas you are wrong. The SP was over 18.5p on NT-2 a couple of years ago, have you forgotten?

I understand that a lot of long term holders are well under water, but you can't lay that at BD's feet, mine or any other poster and yes someone who constantly posts negative comments week in and week out like Kejoglo who also claims not to be invested really can be considered nothing other than a BB troll.

Yes I fully accept that I was wrong about the SP as I did not expect that we would have to wait almost two years for the "back to back drill" and I did not expect the Helium-1 placing nor did I expect that the producing well KN-1 would have pressure recharge issues due to the drill being in a compartment and not the main reservoir, despite producing 6 BCF of gas in the 12 months before.

I have no objection to ageing that this is the case and the SP is where it is. However I do have an issue with posters like Kejoglo pretending that they knew these issues would occur even before the Board of both companies and then attempting to blame operational issues on posters here. Why is it that he singles out BD, Me and Early Bird, what exactly is their agenda?

Believe what you like Woody, just pointing out that he also met the CEO of Aminex 2 and a half weeks ago and has not said a word, just as Malcy did not say a word previously when he met with him a couple of weeks before the farmout announcement.

Oh well, anyway here are the questions again.

so you knew they were going to defer the back to back drill by 2 years then Kejoglo?
You knew before even the Operator that Kn-1 was draining a compartment and would have re-charge issues?

Please enlighten me on how you managed to get this information before both the Aminex and Solo board of directors?
