Drewky, yes it's a good question ref funding additional drills post C-1 - JV partner that is not Aminex of course. The answer is Sale of part or all of the asset or Asset backed lending according to the BOD. Guess both are much easier post Aminex farmout to the Zubairs and 25 year licence in hand.

$28 million is the current risked value including cash and rec post licence renewal, there is a current licence in place . That would seem a fair valuation IMO

So how much do you estimate £3 million, £4 million?

But surely the licence can be issued to Ndovu resources and transferred as part of the binding agreement to the new Operator the Zubairs? still you might be right BG and the Gov want the vote concluded first?

Thats not actualy true as per the Petroleum act 2015 Crusty, the current licence stays in place until either rescinded or re-issued. I agree that no operator would undertake any work until such a licence is issued but what is the real risk of this not being issued, not 100% or even 90% imo and thats the risk value I see in Solo's current market cap of 11 million when you consider the cash and rec position of 7 odd million + the other assets, maybe £4 million being on the generous side?

BG is the licence not issued to the JV as a whole? I am not sure and you might be right?

I think quite a few have taken a position from 1.3p upwards, I know I did at 3.2 p, just missed the 1.3. Others may wel be waiting for the licence and vote for it to be de-risked?

It should have 2 cos numbers, 1 for each of the main zones - appraisal Zone and the discover Zone?

Just goes to show the conviction of the New Board members in Jon Fitzpatick and Alaistair Ferguson.

The assets are indeed operated by others, that is after all the business model, to be a non operator so that is a given Kejoglo.

I however disagree with just making comments like "the sp will continu to stagnate or drop" That just as bad as the so called rampers, opinion based on nothing.

So here is my opinion, including material events and not just opinion.

If the licence extension is delivered and the KN-1 remediation completed before the end of December or even early next year then I would expect to see a steady rise in the SP right through to the C-1 Spud and beyond. There is the additonal material event of the Helium-1 IPO and drills.

I guess meeting the New Board members last week in person makes quite a difference to perception. They are currently working on delivering the strategy (monetisation of assets) and they have all the credentials and experiance to deliver and there is no argument that solo have the assets.

The SP is quite frankly ridiculous and values the main asset at $0 Now maybe the argument is that there is no licence in place (not strictly true since the 2015 Petroleum Act makes it clear that the existing licence is valid till either cancelled or renewed) if that is the case then that looks like being addressed very soon and possibly next week with the farmout circular. As for spikes, all spikes get heavily sold into on Aim

The only saving grace for me is like EB I bought 2 more lots this week and others over the last 3 weeks so have about the same average.

No problem with the suggestion of funding through a placing should they need it post results but mental to mention 5p wtf are they thinking about!
