What assumption dunder, aminex expect to post the circular by next Friday. I think most here agree that the only reason we have all been waiting for that circular is the licence extension over Mtwara - therefore the licence extension needs to be issued anytime in the next 7 working days, unless of course they just issue the 25 year development licence within the next 7 working days?

yes trades, they have given a 7 working day deadline for the circular then the licence can be issued anytime between now and then :)

It would make sense to me actualy, extension licence issued within the next 7 days = circular and December shareholders vote and assuming that is passed as I suspect it will then the 25 year development licence needs to be issued prior to the deal closing out.

So are you suggesting that the 25 year development licence and not just the licence extension must be issued before the farmout completion but only the extension licence is required prior to the circular then dunder?

To post it will mean to publish it which I guess means the licence must be issued first. So the licence can be issued anytime in the next 7 working days then, maybe we will get it tomorrow for the solo shareholders meeting lol

lol John, unfortunately the slowly bit has been all to slow!

No John, it just means the binding agreement stop date has been extended (due to the licence delay I expect) and does not indicate a Farmout completion date.

So the circular is expected in the next 7 working days and the licence needs to be issued before then.

The licence is required for the circular and there new "Expected date" is 7 working days from now....lets see if the manage to deliver this time.
