I pretty much agree vike, in saying that,

EPS and 3 wells (flow rates pending post drill & workovers) gives a reasonable return for financed staged development, the volumes are not there unless they build the export gas pipeline.

The asset has significant upside potential for anyone wanting to JV with the Zubairs/Aex and now would probably be a good time pre CH-1 and post Zubair/AEX farmout.

I don't know about WEN, but a business with a stable income and profits and debt free is probably in a good place to raise finance if they felt the fit was right.

Either solo sell now or they drill C-1

My mistake Vike, it' only around $32 million for 25% if the JV build the pipe and if the TPDC build the pipe then $24 Million cost for 25%

I would guess that any sale would also be dependent on the AEX/Zubair FO completion Crusty, no one would touch it otherwise.

Hi Vike $40 mill is the FFD cost for 25% and that's to earn around $40 million per year nett for 25% so I don't understand your last statement.

On a conf call with the solo BOD this morning, so I asked them why they had drawn down $500,000 of their $5 mill facility when they said just a week or so before that they were fully funded for the "firm" budget for Ruvuma.

A….In case of an immediate pending cash call from the operator beyond the "firm" budget.

Welcome, seems the main focus in the primary asset Ruvuma right now and the 14th July AEX/Zubair farmout. The BOD did say that they have had interest from multiple companies for solo's 25% and as BD posted earlier, they are prepared to continue with development if an offer at the right price is not made which is reassuring.

Morning steve, they obviously will not release any price sensitive information to us. See their "incentive" options have already reached the vesting price, so no incentive at all. This will be one of the main points of focus for me, hardly a stretch goal.

The Ausable Field in SW Ontario was at various times produced in the past by blow-down. The resultant removal of pressure within the reef during the gas blow-down creates the need to cycle gas in order to increase oil recoveries.

Hi Jack, for me it's simple. Is it likely that the asset will be worth a decent amount more during and post C-1 drill. The answer is yes, so unless they can sell with some upside compensation (unlikely) then hold on. It the bringing forward of the 3D by the Zubairs and the costs associated that have made it more difficult for the BOD.

I think it was probably the right move steve, costs and licence liabilities etc now saved. Be surprised if they ever see any production from it myself.

I was just trying to see if they had any thoughts on the two CEO interviews and the apparent alignment of inorganic growth in Tanzania.

Certainly the AEX and WEN CEO seem very aligned in their respective interviews, quite interesting to listen to them both together.
