Looks like a minor mix-up or 'defining the line' between Galileo, Jubilee and the collaboration agreement. You would expect the drill results to come from Galileo having the resource definition, mine planning expertise and the relevant qualified personnel to sign-off an RNS whereas Jubilee's expertise are in processing. Perhaps Jubilee thought they should take the lead being the larger shareholder in Molefe.

The collaboration agreement appears to be a conventional earn-in arrangement for a percentage. Galileo spend US$700,000 in 8 months from the 28th Nov'25 for 23.75% followed by the standardised contribute or dilute.

A period to establish Galileo's exact role in this collaboration and define it's contribution further on down the line and therefore maintain the 23.75% holding.

Forget about the Jag we spent money on and is now worth £100k, lob it in ditch and focus on the Ferrari where, by spending a similar amount could be worth far more. Lol.

Places both companies in a stronger position offering more options and therefore greater flexibility. Each decide what they want to do and settle-up through equity swaps or percentage thereof with less reliance on cash or worse, debt.

Given today's gold price of US$5228/oz and forecast to go higher, a very respectable AISC of US$1243/oz at Bibemi, a Greewood valuation of US$56/oz in the ground, I doubt BCM could afford to buy-out Oriole's 50% position for both the Mbe and Bibemi prospects simultaneously, using leaverage from one to secure the other is a more likely outcome.

Mbe potential of say, 1.5M oz, Bibemi 460k oz @ US$56/oz equates to around US$55M (50%). Where are BCM, a private company likely to find that amount all in one go plus a further US$60M capex to construct Bibemi?

You are a trader. Your postings demonstrate in detail the mechanisms behind short-term trading. This could encourage others to do likewise compounding the problem and not resolving it, and hence, the source of any animosity towards your contributions. Just a thought.

Numerous scenarios at Luansobe one of which could be a sale of the open-pit and underground whilst retaining the 'deeps'.

56kt + 63kt = 119kt × $350/t = US$41,650M with the majority returned to shareholders as a special dividend.

Leaving a portfolio of 9 other attractive assets.

Maybe some of the posters here should put their feelings aside and practice 'eyes wide open' and not 'eyes wide shut' as appears to be the case.
