ESIA approved, an essential component in granting an EL at Bibemi.
Thanks for posting Mayo51, I surely would like to attend a presentation one day.
Your notes 3 & 8 are of particular interest and curiosity over the next move once Bibemi has received the EL and Mbe has a fully updated MRE.
From the original agreement, BCM were initially only interested in the Bibemi licence, the Mbe licence was a very late stage addition. Curious to know what the thinking was behind this later decision. Are BCM intending to build two mines at the same time, no. More likely it is to take advantage of an early value add to be used as leverage at a later date.
Do Oriole really want to become part owner of a mine. Revenues would be a valuable contributor no doubt but building mines costs money. How is Oriole to provide it's share of the Capex or do they also intend to use their 50% share in Mbe as leverage.
Conversely, BCM might prefer to go it alone on either licence and use the leverage to gain 100% exiting the other or any combination thereof.
Fascinating.
