For conjecture say for example Fare was proven up to one million ounces. At the lower estimate of US$100/oz in the ground equates to $35m for Oriole's 35% holding. At US$200/oz, $70m.

Last paragraph - Explorers without working capital won't be doing anything. Doing nothing means the company is not adding value and making you or I rich. Some might say they are a necessary evil. However, the catalyst and turning point here and the share price imo are the drilling results at Mbe putting Cameroon on the map so to speak. Should this come to pass then drama over capital raises will be a distant memory.

Senala is probably not top of the list of priorities at Managem at this time. Senala intended as satellite ore feed (Madina Bafe) to the adjacent Boto mine and included in the acquisition from IamGold would take precedence. However, Senala has significant value. It is in a desirable location, Kedougou-Kenieba gold district host to 44+ moz Au. In close proximity (trucking distance) to large producing mines of notable credentials such as Barrick and B2Gold. Has the Fare prospect with potential to become a standalone mine giving an estimated value imo of between US$100-200/oz Au (in the ground).

Outcome;

1/ the longer it sits on the shelf and with the increasing price of gold, the more valuable it becomes.

2/ an outright sale.

3/ depending on what Managem choose to do, increase it's ore reserves or develop Fare as a single entity where Oriole could contribute to it's share or dilute leading to a NSR and/or sale.

Whatever the outcome, Oriole is in a win-win scenario with this asset.

As for next year's funding arrangements B.Sm has done a sterling job in raising capital one way or the other when over the years and keeping this ship afloat when others have simply vanished or put on care and maintenance. It's par for the course explorers (with no discernable income) raise capital and is the reason why they come to market. If it's a problem.......

Lanstead aren't due to report until mid to later March when they'll say they have circa 240m shares to surreptitiously unload, around 40m each month for the remaining 6 months (incl March) through to September. Given the volumes this week, a mere drop in the ocean.

Oriole are assaying for Gold only at this time. 44% refers to gold mineralisation. What's in-between could be tested later. Chalcopyrite, usually associated with Copper has been mentioned.

Fabulous grades for sure but it does make you wonder why a Tier 1 major initially jv'd in the project then decides to split their 50% with another Tier 1 major for 25% apiece, spend $10m on it, then the pair exit. I guess there must be more to it than just grades.

Anyway, back to Oriole.

The second hole at Mbe, of a 24 hole Maiden drilling programme, in virgin soil was a scissor hole. Scissor holes are designed to determine the optimal orientation or azimuth and establish the preferred angle, square-on/perpendicular-to the veins to achieve best results. Hole 2 proved to be the direction of choice making Hole 1 incidental. Hole 2 drilled to 197m has 15 intercepts (and/incl) for a total of 86.25m or 44% mineralisation starting at 5m. Grades ranging from cut-off (0.2g/t Au) to 3.57g/t Au. See core log photograph.

Highly anticipated results from the Maiden drilling programme at Mbe have displayed the exciting potential of the project.

Wide intercepts of gold, including 17m @ 1.1g/t Au and 11m @ 1g/t Au confirm prospectivity identified from ground-based exploration and trenching. We are encouraged to read that core from the next scissor hole pair is showing more intense mineralisation and we look forward to these assays with interest.

These mark the first two of 24 holes from the current Phase 1 programme. At a time of record high gold prices, we consider Oriole to be one of the most exciting gold exploration stories in London.

Years ago Randgold, now part of Barrick quoted a benchmark figure of 3Moz @ 3g/t.

Looking at the share price action or should I say lack of it over the past 4 years, it could be a good indicator.

Another way to view this is, he joined the BoD in October 2020 and has decided now is the time to make his first purchase.

Director buying is an excellent indicator of future prosperity particularily when the recipients, as in this case, are the geologists of an exploration company. Given a choice between cash now or options (ie to buy shares sometime in the future at today's price or thereabouts) they've elected to take options speaks volumes imo.

US$2636 and making a comeback from the recent sell-off, Goldman Sachs have reiterated a gold price target of US$3000 for next year.

The fundamentals remain the same, Fed rate cuts for next year, continued Central Bank buying, uncertainty around the world and the Dollar surge, now in retreat, making gold more affordable and an attractive entry point. Investors are being advised to "Go for Gold".

Eloquently put H, however, the share price has been range bound for some considerable time and it will take a catalyst or significant event for it to 'break-out'. The time is ripe or atleast not too far away for this occurrence with this stock and buck the trend in this sector.

A note of interest while Directors are accumulating shares by one means or another is the drill rig having completed infill and extension at Bibemi is now on it's way to Mbe for a MAIDEN drill programme.

Quite. BCM taking Oriole out lock, stock and........ is the most likely scenario imo. Once satisfied there're on to a winner, Bibemi resource upgrade potential, Mbe and further district scale potential within the CLP, they will bid. No sense it leaving it any longer as it will only cost them more.

So the management have seen and like what they have done and are positioning themselves for what's to come, which leaves BCM. A private, un-listed, family run business who generally 'own stuff'. How long before BCM also see and like what they've done and put in a bid for the whole lot at a premium to the share price of the day of say 90-100%?
