What multiples are still left in Avacta someone asked?

Probably 3x in the short term and perhaps 10x in the next 2-3 years.

No doubt people will make money here but IP will always have much more value than production capacity.

Especially when it is big pharma IP.

Monday is fast becoming my favourite day of the week!

Avacta is going to be the cure for any investor blues.

I sold my shares here last week and put it all in to Avacata.

I don’t see what has changed since yesterday morning.

People were in panic about being able to buy under £2.20 and that was after the RNS.

Nothing has changed since then, except we are one day closer to big news.

I guarantee people will go through the same panic again at the next RNS wishing they had bought today.

Hold or top up.

The guys on the NCYT board seem really panicked, nearly all of them. I don’t knew why they just don’t sell out and move on, although mentally harder to do if you bought in much higher.

As life gets back to some sort of normal testing has to be rapid and less invasive.

If anyone wants to argue with QuickDraw or any other day tripper do it on that persons main BB.

Derampers have suddenly gone a bit quiet as we are 19% up.

It will probably retrace a little but this is just the start.

If you don’t think testing will be needed it’s a very strange share to be invested in and holding at the current price considering it’s testing that got it there.

Just as long as your realise the price you will pay for a dead cert will be be much higher than one where is there is some risk.

Being a long term investor, sometimes you can be too close and actually fight your own argument for investing.

What was revealed was the fact there is company in Yorkshire that is going to be selling millions upon millions of tests every month. That company is publicly traded which means anyone can have a slice of the profit.

May seem strange but that is all some people need to know.
There will be lots of day traders who also smell an opportunity.

I say again, anyone who is invested for the long term though won’t want to sell for £2, would you risk trading a spike on this at £2.20 hoping for a fall, after being invested for months or years?

Or maybe I am too close to it and seeing what I want to see. We will see tomorrow.

MM’s won’t hold much stock of this, risk is to great for them.

It’s also not like a FTSE share where high volumes are continuously traded for small point gains, definite liquidity problems tomorrow.

I take it you mean the financial pages though and yes you are right there.

This stock has been a well kept secret though, the curtain has now been pulled back.

To create a market you need buyers and sellers, there will be lots of buyers and that doesn’t even include all the people who are already invested who want to top up.

Where do you find sellers? Anyone already invested has the knowledge, and with news like this won’t be happy with £2. Seriously who would sell this now?

So how do you get them to sell?

“You make them offer that they can’t refuse...” in this case that means a big jump.

Maybe a little rampy but I just can’t see it any other way.

As I also said though we won’t hold all the gain. If we gain 40% at an early peak, it will finish 20% up.

There will definitely be a big price spike, some new investors are going to get caught out, but we will still finish much higher on the day.

This news is very different than any RNS.

Investors follow certain stocks, certain sectors etc.
If there was news in the papers about the latest drug for cancer or even some great new technology it just wouldn’t registrar on the radar of the people who don’t already follow and invest in those sectors.

Covid is on everyone’s radar and even if they haven’t invested in Covid stock before they will now.

This will be a awash with new investor money tomorrow, the price will finish much higher tomorrow, the question is how high is the spike and what does it fall back to, probably will settle at half of the gain of the peak.

If there are two orders, one from an Institutional investor and one from retail, which one do you think gets executed first?

Why do you think so many retail investors complain they couldn’t get in at a certain price high during times of high volatility.

Not forgetting that the brokers also process their own house orders first too. Happens all the time.

Orders of RI’s will be processed just at the worse price.

I don’t think anyone will be able to buy shares tomorrow for less than £2.40, there just won’t be the liquidity to meet the demand.

Retail investors will be held in queue as Institutions are allowed in and we rise to £3.

Probably a lot of retail investors will get screwed over with market orders they put in before it opens that will be queued and then executed at peak price, as it then falls back around 9.30

Although still would be very surprised if we finish the day below £2.60

Why would a director sell now if they expect this to rise significantly in a matter of weeks. That makes no sense at all...

They need to get their house in order!
