How does that differ to all other times of the year when directors get told they are winning a big contract, or any employee for that matter or family member or friend.

Insiders trading is effectively self governed apart from official closed periods.

And like I say, why would that closed period only start after July?

Yes under NDA, just don’t believe they have been in a closed period all this time.

I will be very happy to be corrected and watch a deluge of director buys come in after the dispute is resolved but until such a time then I think directors not wanting to buy is more plausible.

It’s AIM, directors take free shares and sell, they buy when they want to pump like Graham did.

I dont think option 2 is likely at all, if they had information they would have to release it to shareholders.
The simple reason they haven’t bought any shares is that the BOD and CEO are happy with the money they take out of the company and have no reason to put any in.

I think people are most ****ed off with the failure of the BOD or CEO’s to halt what has been 14 months off a falling SP.
It’s ok to say so many RNS’s to come but they didn’t come last year so what will change.
Perhaps they will realise that at this years AGM all shareholders won’t tolerate this again so perhaps they will have to act well before that to protect their own jobs.

Sadly that is not me, with a huge holding at an average of £1.50, but I think I will have to buy some more.

Although any price under £2 will most likely look very cheap in the not too distant future.
