This needs to start doing something in the next 4-8 weeks or it really will be a bottom draw job for a very long time!

Might have a crack at 4D Pharma when if it dips below 60 which is looking likely.

I am just not sure what the key piece of information was that made someone go from a mega-ramper to selling at a huge loss.

As far I was remember Porky said he was still buying well after the change of CEO was announced.

Has there been anything material enough to make someone do a complete 180 since then?

No problem with people changing their mind but all the talk about value investor, traders vs investor, history in the making and months of ramping to then just quit like many other PI’s do when the SP drops to a low enough point.
And now to be using all the same lines on another one..

I always thought he was a fantasist chancer but now I wonder if there is something more sinister to the whole thing.

I wondered why DRB (porkchop) hadn’t been posting on here.
That must have been some loss, given the amount of buys that he said he was making! Although a lot were fiction I am sure.

Honestly, I can’t believe some of the utter pap I’m reading on this board tonight. Let’s burn some myths shall we.

1. What investment choices I make are my business and are my own, I do my own research as best I can, and I suggest everyone else does the same.

2. I closed my position in Novacyt at a LOSS. The CEO was ultimately sacked but had allegedly been conservative with the facts to secure his bonus, a major legal challenged was started by their main supplier and shorter’s took hold as a result. I didn’t see that coming

Well we know 3% up is definitely not normal service, you only have to look at 1 month or 5 month chart.

Who knows what will happen though, it’s all over the place.

Although shouldn’t really complain if we finish the week 15% up and hopefully build from there.

I understand everyone's frustration here.
There's 2 ways to play this, trade the share day to day, take profits as and when you can, its sure to go down again in due course. I've neither the time nor the inclination to do this. To those that do, fair enough.
For me, personally, im looking for long term capital growth.
Mum wants bungalow fund.
After the RNS and presentation, these shares are going to the bottom of my sock drawer.
I'm prepared to wait, it was disposable income that was earning nothing in an ISA, so, knowing the industry, I bunged a modest amount into it compared to some.
I'm looking for a decent return, long term, if I lose it all, meh, its been fun, won't change my lifestyle, somehow think that ain't gonna happen.
Genomics is the new silicon Valley, if we are to believe the Government (i don't generally) but I'll go with the flow, we should be quids in.
This is my slush fund for pi$ $ing about with.

10 months until the board will need votes again.

I will be staying in until then, if there has been no significant change for the better in the SP, and people foolishly get pressured/conned into into giving their votes like last time then I will then be cutting my losses.

Agree I the GM’s bonus. What’s done is done.

But I always believe the company is there to support its shareholders…. Not seen any of that all…

If they start communicating and engaging with shareholders I think a lot of support would come, both from existing holders and new.

Orients, the problem at the moment is it doesn’t matter how many tests we are selling, if the board doesn’t communicate frequently it’s all irrelevant for investors.

By the time we get the full numbers for Q4 no doubt Covid cases will be coming down again so any increased sales will not lift the SP as negative sentiment for Covid stocks will take the lead on dropping cases.
They should be RNS-ing every deal and how the order book looks into 2022.
To put out an RNS to say that revenues might have a 3 million drop but not RNS all other positive deals is ridiculous. I don’t know whether that is complete incompetence or for some other reason.
I am struggling to see any reason for them to want a reduced share price though. If I wanted to invest they would, they don’t worry about the price they worry about the future. How can they assess the future when they didn’t even communicate the present or very short term future.
The fact none of them are buying shares but taking money from the business really ****es me off. It’s also quite telling that they don’t even have faith in themselves!

I don’t see any correlation between negativity and a rising share price, actually quite the opposite.

BOD are a joke, should never have been given votes.
I think people will realise that soon.

Not sure why anyone would top up currently.

At £2 I might consider trying to lower my average but better to see that it really has bottomed out.

This hasn’t been a falling knife, it’s a falling circulating saw!
