I would suspect SOLG were eating the cash pile with all those drills turning . They are where they are now basically on the back of BHP buying an 11% stake . As this is the AMER board CD I have no desire to get into a debate over it. You are of course correct in your long term view, it's just the how long is long term for some people. Folk have pensions and all sorts of plans riding on an orderly growth. From a listing of 12.73 close price in 2002 to 13.5p earlier today is not a very encouraging scenario! Anyway , good luck to everyone invested....

Yes but SOLG are producing nothing , no income , zilch. SOLG are priced for a takeover by BHP or another , nothing else . There really is no comparison!

And the 6.5p wasn't as public offering either...

Colnel Drake I think you should take a peek at the 12 month share price graph without your rose tinted specs on. It will reflect maybe why folk are a tad peeved after all the so called good news you refer to , why isn't it reflected in the graph? You guys should get real and realise we're not all shouting form the rooftops as some folk are hurting financially. I assume you're not , bully for you.

I suspect people are waiting to see the cash balance. If they have little cash then there is a problem for shareholders. Also giving out RNS's with no meat on the bone doesn't help either. How can the market value a company when it seems to be all cloaks and daggers? Last months was a classic example telling us they had signed something with the biggest company in it's particular field , then nothing since , no numbers , no timescale , silence. Also after the last placement @ 9p some holders will be nursing a 30% loss already on that alone. It doesn't merit much trust in the board when they don't tell us anything.

You have every right to vent your frustration and anger LC , regardless of what the masses are telling us , it may not get much better either. Lets hope it does , but I haven't got much confidence left in this outfit. The only silver lining is the director buy , but hey he can afford to lose that down the back of the sofa. And it's not all based on a dry drill either , this has been years in the making , it hasn't happened overnight.

Big bite I am only going on the past 3 months price action, I cannot see it getting any better for the foreseeable. Now we’re not drilling where is the driver for the SP? The SP hasn’t reacted to all the good news as I said in a post last week. I am certainly not selling but I cannot see any light at the moment.

No bounce here guys, just more misery for long termers. If they could keep it at 17 so easily, I can see this at 13 and staying there for the foreseeable. All the big talk is just that , big talk. The SP is the bottom line and that speaks volumes.

You're still in your nightmare No-oil , FID is already 6 moths late , it was imminent last year , remember? I agree with Greysquirrel too , If the Obrima Mare decision goes tits up then where is the RKH funding strategy? Even if they do win , i am sure the appeal will take a couple of years. Dream on , this is going nowhere fast , if at all ever. Good luck with it anyway , I don't like to see folk suffer.

Ok so some of us whom frequent this BB are of the opinion that the SP is not reacting as we would expect it to under normal conditions. I would have expected some movement on the following:
1. Directors buying
2. Share magazine tips , twice I think
3. Reserves update of 30%
4. Two updated target prices from brokers
5. Drilling results due imminently
6. Oxy farm in
7. Renting out the OBA
In the past those actions would have boosted the SP , without doubt. The market always moved the price up on the anticipated drill result. I see PMO are well up off their lows so it is not across the board industry wide.
As one poster said it was "investor impatience" , I find that statement quite odd. It's not impatience , it's simply very puzzling and some of us have a right to ask questions why.

I said weeks ago this so wasn’t acting properly, only to be told it was. This won’t be around by the summer so forget 40 or 50p predictions. A cheap grab is coming I suspect, hope to be wrong.

This is following the same pattern as it did when it jumped 18% the other week. Hoping for more this time and for it to hold.

It's a shame there are no numbers yet , hopefully they are not too far away. If this company need one unit , it will obviously need lots of units. This could be the exposure required to gain a good foothold where this tech is required.

I did sell out today at a loss. Talk about a retrace , nearly back to where they were 18 months ago. And to think the building industry has been booming too.

Ok lets just say we have good news , do we get the 20% back , only to fall back again? This stock is not operating as it should be , something is going on & I don't think we are going to get our just rewards. We'll see , just a hunch.
