I do agree with some of your comments guys , I believe there is life in this company yet , where from I cannot fathom a guess. But manna is right in the assumption as to wait until the funding raise is over. I am still totally baffled as to the RNS that stated they had a huge punter on board , active in over 130 countries , then nothing , wtf? And with the RNS's at 6pm on a bank holiday weekend...it just doesn't add up to much imho. Such a shame because as we all know water will be the oil in 1000 years time. GLA in all your investments.

Looks like they are struggling to raise any money , if they can I feel sub 1p is on the cards.

Another possible scenario is that M & P probably suspect they won't get in at the price offered , so why not snap up as many shares as poss and make some money , it could help pay for a higher bid in the future also. Can't see them getting to 30% at 18p.

I simply cannot see how this lot can survive , even with more funding. Clean water is a must worldwide , it has been the case since man walked the Earth. The fact that these guys have the know how and technology to deliver clean water , and not many countries are taking up the opportunity to use the technology , rings alarm bells to me. I would have thought they would be making new sales every week or two , at least every 6 weeks , but nada. So that in my mind says there is no demand. Therefor there is only one way for this outfit to go , bust. I would like to know what the fundraising is for? Is it to pay the wage bill? Gibraltar could easily slip by them if they have no funds to progress . Sorry . Looks pretty dire to me.

Rossanan , why would it go back down to 12p after the company has been properly valued and had an offer made? Plus the longer this goes on as a going concern , it will make new discoveries and profits hand over fist and will then be in a position to pay a dividend. Any muppet can see the sp had been strangled intentionally for this possible take out at the cheapest possible price.
