I agree with BOGOF . The value of TEK's holding in GDNT = Number of shares multiplied by price for those shares (and $8.80 is simply what we are using as a proxy for that price). It would also value GDNT at $43m and give TEK a c60% ownership post-IPO which is shown in black and white in the document (around p91 iirc).
What happens once the shares are trading is for anyone to speculate. But we'll still own 2.9m shares and the new investors will still own 1.7m and each share will be worth exactly the same.
