Some might say it's MM code for "TW is a bit of a ****"

Good timing, my only annoyance was averaging up and buying at 0.94 yesterday.
Oh well guess that's why they call it a market.
From H&L ref Cineworld Group plc - Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
Dear Mr Cornish
Cineworld Group plc - Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
Your holding of shares within your Stocks & Shares ISA
What has happened?
Cineworld Group plc has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection in the US. This is usually done when a company is in financial difficulty and trying to restructure its debt.
Shortly before completion of the restructuring in July, the company plans to appoint administrators in the UK. The administrators will look to transfer substantially all of the company’s assets to a newly created company.
The company has stated that given the level of existing debt, the Chapter 11 restructuring does not provide for any recovery for holders of Cineworld shares. Shareholders will not receive any shares in the newly created company.
Delisting from the London Stock Exchange (LSE)
The company’s shares are expected to be suspended from trading on the LSE once the plan to appoint administrators is formally announced and will then delist shortly after.
You should note that following the suspension you may have difficulty selling your shares at a reasonable price and, in some circumstances, it may be impossible to sell them at any price.
If you wish to sell your shares before the suspension, you can do so when logged in online at hl.co.uk or by calling our Dealers. Please note dealing charges are higher over the phone. We can only sell your shares if a market still exists, and the amount raised is more than the dealing charge for the sale.
Important information for ISA holders only
Please note, under HMRC rules delisted shares are not eligible to be held within a Stocks and Shares ISA. As a result, any holding of Cineworld Group plc shares within a Stocks and Shares ISA will need to be removed within 30 days of the effective date of the delisting.
If you hold these shares within a Stocks and Shares ISA we will write to you again after the delisting with more information.
If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
Yours sincerely
Henry Milsom

Sold all my TW last year for a small profit, was a hard choice as the Divi was good.
The money was then used, with other savings and the sale of my old house to buy a new build TW Home which we loved.
9 Months later, we are still having issues as the quality of work from contractors and the support from some of TW can only be described as shocking. As far as I'm concerned from seeing inside the business as a customer and from speaking with contractors when they're on site in our home fixing poor quality work, it looks like this company has a lot of work to recover to where it was as it's all about getting as much built in as little time, with quality a disappointing third place. Hopefully the new regulations brought in will slow this mindset, as the NHBC cert ain't worth a vvank.
Not sure how it was voted best home builder, probably the same way Michelle Mone got a PPE contract?
Wouldn't touch another TW share unless it was at 50p as a punt as this company is broken.
I feel the drop is one of the following after being stuck with these games for 3 years.
- a) somebody knows there is good news, price is dropped for a big buy in, hitting stop losses on the way for cheap shares
- b) there is panic ahead of AGM and no news so there are sells leading up
- c) something else
Guess FIC has never done a Teams presentation and experience IT issues, easy to mock than listen to the presentation and learn what has been happening. So far sounding like slow but steady progress building a firm foundation for the business, with better DD taken with clients than the UK Government did with PPE contracts?
Congrats, currently at -25% of my price of 0.22 so hopefully I will cross the line this week with many other LTH as with many others it was much higher and I just kept averaging down.
Was never going to sell at a loss, but without the positive posts from our regulars with clear facts in difficult times my SP would be still around the 0.5 level, and I doubt I would have averaged down as much with the constant negaitve posts from the TW shart-profits crew and their relentless bashing of this Share, the BOD and some posters.
Going to be an interesting week, hopefully the momentum can continue with more good news being released soon.

Know what my average is and know what I want to pay, so've just added a buy limit for the next week to hopefully take advantage of this little wobble to the SP.
Good luck all whatever your strategy is.
Great to hear that one of our LTH is into the profit, currently 54% down and much better than last week.
Exciting times with all the news coming out, glad I held out and bought my average down as still have confidence in this company and what they want to achieve.
Best wishes to all who've stuck it out, it's been a massive lesson on long term investment for me and a painful one at times. Here's to the future.
Poor Roger, went to register with LSE and found the username Roger had been taken, so he quickly thought I know Roger1 (it also sounded funny to him hehehe), but alas that was gone too, so was two.
So he's either tried all the sequencial numbers from 1-65, or there is an affiliation to the number 65, be it football, where he used to live, the year he was born maybe?
Either way, we can only surmise he's just not to sharp with numbers?
GLALTH
There was a Lloyd fella on the SYME board for a while with a similar negative MO, wonder if they know each other?
Anyways, have a great weekend all.
I'll buy myself a cheap cider if it gets back to where I bought in at 0.012 before suspension, until then I'm hoping for my buy to kick in at 0.0025 for my ISA !!
I know, seen it before and then next week it will drop if I don't sell at a loss and buy back, but if I did sell and hope it'd feck off to the Moon after years of sitting on a loss and listening to faceless gimps telling me about it.
Been here long enough with a few of you, with this little upturn and i'm now less than 78% down which would've been much worse without the top ups on the way down, so have that naysayers with your 90% losses for LTH.
Still positive as I've always been, as said previously there's no point being negative about a previous decision as at the time you only had the information available.
Seen too many warm ups for the next big thing is about to happen, only for it to be a little bit broken so won't pop the champage until my first tranche clears at 1p and the money is in my account, until then GLALTH + forever FTW.
Been here since 2021, so well happy I topped up my ISA at 0.44 last month, will be even happier still when my non ISA recovers past the 2.18!!
Exciting..

Happy Friday all, there is some great reading on the VeChain website about the Thor Blockchain.
To be involved with a platform of this level and calibre will be game changing in the longterm, I am happy for the slow steady approach taken by the team to give us the solid foundation for future growth. Having worked with platforms like SAP previously, it is often too late to change when a business notices that it has been implemented incorrectly and not explit the strengths of the software.

Have a great day and FTW
Thanks for being/staying positive Hughez87 and all the others whom keep being supportive with those who've invested here. So much good information being released at the moment, as I've mentioned before those who bash AZ and his team have never built or done anything constructive, so can never comprehend the ammount of work required to get this mammoth project to completion.
Looking forward to the day when TW and his nincompoop follows are no more. They talk about various companies and peoples investments being scams but don't realise that pages like ************* and the Fool are actually less factual than papers like The Sunday Sport, you've just got to compare the layouts to see the "shock journalism" tactics they use to lure punters in to waste their money.
GLALTH + FTW
Great news today in the RNS and still there are individuals who keep being negative about it.
What is worse thou, is that there are still people (probably same person/different account) whom recommends their monolog of diatribe.
All LTH know what is coming and the SYME drum beat will only get louder as more and more information is released and more and more invest in what AZ and Team are trying to deliver in a controlled and strategic manner.
GL to all invested here, the long termers and the newly invested, welcome all and remember FTW and his band of loyal nincompoops
Hope this helps, from H&L message
Important Information for ISA holders
The Supply@ME Capital plc warrants don’t meet the HMRC rules to be held within an ISA and must therefore be removed from your ISA.
In order to continue to hold these warrants on our platform they will need to be moved into a Fund & Share Account. If you have a Fund & Share Account open on Monday 19 September 2022 then you are not required to take any further action. There is no charge for moving these warrants. If you do not have a Fund & Share Account open with us you can open one with us online.
If you do not have a Fund & Share Account open by Monday 19 September 2022 then we will place your holding into an inactive version which you can subsequently activate by following the same account opening procedure as above.
All this talk of a song from some folk and I have to think of this -

Been here for long enough (sub 1p), but not as long as others here, all I do know is the work is progressing but you can't rush science so will leave it to our expert BOD to carry on and sit back, obviously buying again if we see the 150s again.
Looking forward to reading more of the informative posts from our regulars, have learnt so much as this isn't my field of expertise and still I struggle to understand most of it and have to read through a few times.
Until further news from our BOD, I shall be sticking to what I understand, the burning of refined liquid dinosaurs and making it a more energy efficient fuel for the future.
