I've got my fingers crossed it does as I want to top up again whilst we're still below 1p, this is despite my average SP being under 0.4p and I always resent paying more than my average holding.
LTH here and I've got all the time for this one grow and be strong,.
Topped up on AML earlier in the week, making this now my second largest single investment.
I'm the first to admit that I didn't want to pay more than I did (but didn't want to leave it too late), so seeing the SP drop slightly toward where I wanted to enter does hurt a little but as a LTH you roll with the ups and downs, you pay your money an take a seat on the ride.
Working within the automotive supply industry I've been fortunate to see some of the AML workmanship up close and I personally feel this company has a strong future, especially under Stroll and the new management and this is why I will only ever increase my holding at the right times within this company.
Topped up on this one yesterday, been watching for a while and seemed like a good point to get some more.
Currently in GGP also, so not wanting to make the same mistake and miss the dip and the opportunity to increase holding.
Might go onto Discovery Channel and watch a few seasons of Gold Rush as they always seemed to be looking for the pay dirt and there was never a magic flag saying "Dig Here" like some people expect
I have not checked back on the BB for a while and what a great feeling to see blue and loads of positive vibes from everybody.
Exciting times, good luck everybody, hope you all have and have a great and safe weekend
Had a buy at 0.35 to bring my average down sat for a few days and watched the sell price bounce around 0.351, including some massive buys. Thought it wouldn't go through, but here for the LT and am happy to wait.
Interesting Tactic to try, worth a punt to see if there is any impact on the system. Done.
@Weathergeek, thank you for the future calculation and good info as always.
Many thanks to everybody for the helpful info posted in last few months.
After all the reading from the posts/filtering and doing my own research, I have great hopes for this as a long term (unless it's the best scam of the year of course).
Just done my final top up at 0.422 today, kind of a splash and dash before the long journey in the coming days ahead.
Safe Travels Everybody.
Currently trying not to get too excited, but it's difficult not to.
This is the second largest single investment in my portfolio after CINE (we all know how that went) so it's great to have a blue start to the week.
Hopefully a good week ahead for us all, sit back and wait but I have a feeling this will be a bumpy ride at times.
I managed to get my average down from 77p to 51p at the last big dip. This is my largest single investment, taking 20% of my portfolio currently.
Merc will supply, Brackley, Aston Martin, Williams and McLaren. They don't like supplying more than four teams.
A quick look on Cineworld website for times later in the week and they seem to be as close to 22:00 finish as possible.
TeneT (longest film currently, 150mins) last showing I can find is 20:30 start (23:00 finish approx.), be interesting to see if they cancel any of these in the next day after the new guidelines announced earlier.
Topped up yesterday <45p and got my average down a little bit more.
Why? This is another brand that I like and want to do well, so why not go bargain hunting whilst the sales are on. Just not sure how much cheaper the price will and can go.
At the end of the day who doesn't like going to the pub with their mates? even better with a Marston's discount card (give me the cash, i'll go to the bar!!) when normality sometime returns and then maybe some dividends on top too? another long term investment for me this one.
I bought into CINE as I'm already an unlimited member and want to own some of business I believe in and enjoy.
After reading some disappointing reviews for Mulan it looks like Disney have made a mistake with PVOD, personally I'm not going to turn my back on cinema which is why the wife and I are currently sat down in screen 8 with our masks on and waiting for The New Mutants to start and it is nicely busy in here.
Hopefully more people will enjoy the big screen and we can all enjoy the SP go up together.
Not getting rid of mine, have had them long enough sat at less than I paid for them!
Going to enjoy the blue days ahead.
Hi everyone, I've been watching CINE threads on here for the last few months after buying in earlier in the year as a fan of Cineworld (opened an account for AML previously).
I've had an unlimited card since 2010 and love the experience of the cinema.
Today went to see Tenet and was very impressed by the whole preparation for dealing with crowds in these strange lockdown/covid times.
The film was so enjoyable that I'm going to see it in IMAX at that is an experience that no streaming service can replicate.
This is a great brand, with a great product and I'm in for the long term with this.
Go Cineworld and I hope the banter continues.
