Found the following on the iii board ref last RNS:- "It seems now that the board are dancing to the tune of their financier and that we have been given notice that we will be bought out for 37.5p per share unless the financier buys a few share below that price during the 12 months prior to them making their move. Presumablythey will make their move as soon as the mine is proven, to their satisfaction, to be profitable." Is this a credible or feasible situation?

Well, the RNS answers some of my questions!

Yes, that is the case but I would have thought it better to apply this when we had full production on the better grade ore for some time! We would like to know if the target cpht has been achieved as it seemed to be lagging and maybe just a confirmation that things are running to expectations. With the big share movements between large shareholders, I wonder if something is happening behind the scenes as we would appear to be a ripe target for a takeover offer.

Another sale starts Monday but presumably we will be kept waiting for results until the end of July when the July sale on the 24th will be included. Meanwhile, the share price descends. Previously FDI was excellent at giving us information but now?

Well, whatever the ramifications, at least we are getting rid of BK11 some time and getting some useful revenue. A win win situation!

Would be good to know what level of cpht has been reached now we are into the higher quality ore. Guess the results of the sale that finished Friday will be in the next quarterly update.

It states on the FDI website that 48.55% of the shares are not in public hands and this includes The resource capital fund (23.71%) and Pacific Road resources(23.69%) which, with the directors holdings does show that 48.55% is in public hands. However this does not include the Edwards Family Holdings Ltd (9.99%) and Sustainable capital Ltd. (7.77%). This would appear to show that their shares are in public hands but in fact they appear to be corporate holders rather than in public hands. Can anyone enlighten me please?
