So! NRW had known about this for eight years and still it continued! With a record like this how can they justify preventing the release of a very small amount of clean water from a flooded mine and preventing a company doing its legitimate business. The enormous hypocrisy of their behaviour is unbelievable and needs investigation.
The local MP, whose HQ is in Dolgellau has been made aware of the situation with NRW but advises me she would be be very happy to advise and assist with any business developments in Meirion – Dwyfor if the company were to make contact with her office directly.
Whether ALBA have contacted her is anybodys guess and if they have or will, would she be williing or able to put any pressure on NRW?
Socialism at its worst! If you think this government is atrocious (which it is) then wait and see what happens when the other lot get elected. If you think things couldn't get any worse then you are in for a big shock! Third world here we come!
It must be a record! I have 12 consecutive posts from continual detractors of UJO filtered.
Why do these people bother? If they don't like it, get out! Constructive criticism is fine but the sort of stuff these people put out is a waste of space!

She is based in Dolgellau, just up the road from the mine so surely must know about the situation. .how about a few emails pointing out the apparent obstruction from NRW preventing a Welsh company developing for the local economy?
Is there something else going on apart from the delay in de-watering and the neglect of applying for the spoil tip permits that we are not being told about? The SP continues to fall but more than one would expect with the known situation.
All pretty self explanatory but why, when they have known about the potential of the spoil heaps for a condiderable time has the request for consent still not been applied for? This would surely been a route to start getting some minimal income!
ALBA appear to have a problem with the dewatering which is affecting the SP and market confidence and I can not understand their obvious reluctance to update their shareholders on the situation! Why are they so oblivious to the expressed concerns regarding this? Is it deliberate or incompetence? I can understand investors frustration which has continued throughout the life of this share but it's time they resolved this particular item.
