How are these Welsh bureaucrats allowed to take so long do make a decision on a matter which is preventing a Welsh company from exercising its functions to the detriment of all concerned. Planning applications have a limit by which time decisions must be made but this does not appear to be the case here.
I find the consequent continual obstruction of a due process unbelievable and whoever controls this organisation needs to take action. Or is that the problem.

With the present slide it looks like we will soon be back to the pre sidetrack price!

Agree about the motives etc. I recall some years ago a Scotsgirl poster on oil sites who appeared to have industry insider info which was usually reliable. Could be the same.

Agree, everything SS has touched has been a failure, minimal fuel from HH and a Turkey fiasco. The only success for him was the enormous "performance bonus" he paid himself and his guaranteed generous salary. Redemption by his miserly share purchases in his own company gets nowhere.

The lethargy of NRW and their inability to make a decision in months that should take weeks or even days is only matched by what appears the lack of progress by ALBA who seem to have gone into hibernation and the whole business now seems to revolve around hopes in GROC. I am a long term holder and seem to have been waiting years for anything significant towards actually mining gold occuring.

And hopefully also a twitter graphic showing how close to completion the side track is!
