Something important being missed and no one is talking about it is the growth is USA, they have gone from 20Mill to 150Mill in a very short time frame, and could that even surpass and take over UK? Very surprised they've grown so fast in USA.
Is management trying to bankrupt this company? Do the shareholders know how bad they being and very hour bad reviews are being left on the trustpilot.
If it continues like this don't think it will survive much longer.
Cairn Energy CNE won it's case against India , now it's Vodafone's turn.

Yes I agree with that, if you look at the share price recovery of BT and Vodafone since then, I think Talktalk would be round £1.30, but this low ball offer held the share price back.
Also I don't think there is any need to sell Talktalk, the BOD should be working on reducing the debt and building share holder value who are also customers, but if they have to sell it they should be building Bridges with Vodafone who desperately need more broadband customers and are in a better position to make an offer that reflects true value and any hope of some sort of recovery to us loyal shareholders.
They've shafted the shareholders to keep jobs with the new company, this share has been manipulated to current price, my break even is £2.60, if they can't be trusted in regulated listing what credibility will they have in some private shoddy unlisted company the directors didn't fight for us and I will be unsubscribing see what happens without support of base shareholders who are also customers./
Sounds like very incompetence, how long can this bull go on legally? How hard is to terminate the talks on this let me steal from shareholders of an offer.
Something is just not right about the report, it sounds too much of the similar investigation carried out 0ver 10 years ago by channels 4 dispatches, maybe it's where they got the idea first when attacking a good company. this is not the first time they used this method of attack.
It all started when some idiot decided to short boo a good company, the short went bad from start, when boohoo started to go up as expected and announced by the company.
First they produced a fake report as if written by child to attack which had no effect and share price went up, they then did few other attacks including some bad news media reports but failing to bring the price down.
some here have even been posting about back street work shops when attacking Boohoo and maybe they decided make this fake news and use rented property which was formerly used by boohoo ex-supplier and it would be easy to order few items from boohoo.com and PLT to use them for this fake and slanderous news report.
This unlawful act should be investigated and Boohoo should sue them for defamation and lost in earning and it's reputation.
Not to mention not so Priti Patel jumping on bandwagon, and using her influence to attack a company in these difficult times, has thought about risk to job losses could potentially result?
I think he does have faith in the company that's why he took the position, and bod has faith in him to deliver if you see the interviews and his past record shows he will work just as hard if he has shares or not.
But I understand your point it would good if he did.
I didn't think I'd get a chance to get in at this price when the price had motored up, but the opportunity has been presented.
I think Dictators selling is good thing as it reduces family influence and the company can trade more independently for all shareholders, and its a good sign that institution are willing to buy so much that they must see potential.

Who's idea was it to plough almost £40Billions of VOD in to murdering fascist regime in India? And will they be held to account? and is Colao last CEO going to give back the bonuses?
going after a company like this and using corrupt courts to collapse it to take away it's investments, Vodafone should take Indian regime to ICSID for the money it invested to be paid back with interest.
Just disgusted to see how they did this to collapse a highly profitable company.
@KNIGELK And also one will comes along and posts things like I have lost x amount but learn to accept it and move on. i
Its like a group of them working together for shareholders not to ask question accept this fraud and losses.
On another note how easy is it to ask for shareholders details on registrar, I think all holders need to form a group and maybe setup a meet somewhere.
Has anyone been touch with these? http://xdebenhams.com/
Pearls agree with you, these f***rs are justifying theft, we need proper investigation at government level, and they all should be sent to jail. Maybe another type of PPI for the future.
Also why has MA gone quite now? We all thought he was savoir and with letters of support, what was all that about?
@ daniel.f, yes they are robing the shareholders it's very attractive, cash generative, and profitable business, why else would it have bright future?
At a time of suspension it had over 1 billion pound worth of stock, it has over £600mllion worth assets like property and stores it own, and over £200 million worth Nordic business on top of £250million loan they had not used with £60million canceled dividend. All taken for £600million debt.
The question why value recovery for shareholders is nil, and why they don't feel ashamed of saying such a thing.
