I agree with you BalckfoxTrading on the part where he can make an offer of £1 per share, and it won't cost him too much if he also offers for Shareholders to go with him. But I think he should not break it up but rather run it independently from frasers.

Boohoo run correctly has potential to be Amazon from UK and can reach FTSE 100 given the proper chance and conditions.

As a PI I feel I find myself between rock and the hard place, all the while de valuing the share the share-price. If it's is truth then am thankful to MA fighting for shareholders.. However I feel he made the situation where the Kamanis allowed it to take the advantage now.

Is it likely the Kamani's would steal form shareholders, I would say yes they would they did in the past where the BOD and Kamani favoured his son and they didn't exercise the option to get full control of PLT, they then over paid to get full control of it, I still think there is a legal course for that debacle.

I am leaning towards MA to be a CEO, but if he bids say 50p as has been suggested here, even I'll tell him to shove it, over £10 billions have been invested in this business since 2016, developed in to an international business and you want it for peanuts ? @aim999 You should read what the new CEO has said, he is reaching out to MA and HOF and is willing to work with them. War will be not good for anyone and MA needs to turn it down a little.

I think it would be best if Mike Ashley should play a waiting game now, he can give Dan the chance and see if he can get the recovery of share price going and Ashley will make billions from his 27% holding and all of us will have a chance to recover and maybe make profit.

The problem is he was hyped too much, we were all fooled in to thinking that he was going to take the company to new highs, that's why I bought in at the time. What piece of sh** he turn out to be.

In-fact they even missed to report to market when share price fall more than 20% you are obligated to make an a statement and they didn't.

Any new CEO must not be just about fashion or sales, but must have clout about stock market and know big institutions with deep poach to stable and sure up the share price and maybe give it a boost.

For me to vote for a CEO they must have credible track record and how to run a ftse 100 stock would be plus.

I think Ashley and Kamani have been working in the background to turn this around and make it in to Amazon equivalent from UK. I also think Debnhams online and opening of stores for click and collect will be a good thing .

No Umar is not right person at this time, I'd rather Ashley take over as he as massive over 25% in the game.
