Also I want to add, if people think Ashley lost here I can tell you he didn’t, he owns around 28% of company that's more than anyone, and if this turns around to say £1.00, his holding will be around £500million, at £2.00 recovery that will be over £1 billion and if it recovers back to £4.00, which I think can be done, he would have made £2 billion, which he would yield more than he made in any other business to date with the time scale.

So that's massive win for him.

I was there, and to me it was a weak Board, three of them didn’t bother to attend, also Umar was not there either and people here wanted to make him CEO. Other BoD members left very quickly with no regards to meet, greet or engage with the shareholders, to address any concerns on personal level. The speaker had a weak voice, the results should have been given there and then, they were not, otherwise no point in attending the meeting.

Carol was quiet and felt she didn’t want to be there and left soon after, it’s like she won a loto and was there only for her salary which I don’t think she will give up even for short period no matter how much pain is inflected on us all shareholders, and I think she now needs to be removed as I feel she is now a burden and brings nothing of value.

I was also disappointed to not see anyone from Fraser's, Lemon should have attended seeing as he was from Manchester, I wanted to meet and ask questions from him but was disappointed no one turned up, even if they lost it would have given a positive on Ashley but it shows he really doesn't give a crap. And no he is not willing to be there as needed.

The only two people I found were genuine and really cared was Mahmoud Kamani, and Dan Finley. I think Mahmoud Kamani is not in it for money, he is fighting for his company and I think he does feel for all the shareholder small or large and I felt he wants to leave legacy and his business was under threat. He has given up his salary and is now working for free, removing him is an attack on a business from a rival, absolute no need for this while he is working for free. Don’t get me wrong though, he is a shark and will eat you if given a chance.

Dan had a fire in him, he really wants to turn things round and make us all money, but I now feel he has been dealt with weak board and needs to bring in fresh people.

I think everyone should be removed accept Dan and Mahmoud.

Also don't expect any plan anytime soon, there is no plan, they are just winging it and hoping for a turn around and they can then say the plan has worked. lol

Also not much refreshments or snacks for shareholders the owners, while they had good stuff for themselves. I bet you all they put everything on the company account with all expenses paid trips, but who cares about those who are paying for it.

Commercial properties are being converted to apartment blocks these days. In the right hands it could be turned in to £200 millions, but here the value has has gone down for boo. lol

Something doesn't sit right with me with London property, I am right in thinking they paid £72 million and were now going to sell it for £50 Million? And since they bought it the property values have gone up not down. That's just reckless more of destruction for shareholders. And who put a stop to it Ashley or Dan?

When was the £50 million agreed prior to JL resigning or after? The more I look at the conduct of JL the more I see he was brought in to destroy from within.

We are not voting for current board are we? There has been changes at the top and more changes are coming, We just don’t trust the Mikes, they have been beating around the bush with hidden agendas.

We have a third option and that is Mehmoud Kamani and Carol Kane should retire, leaving Dan Finley to run the company where he can look at all the BoD and invite them to his office ask them the worth they have and why he should keep them on, reduce the board members to minimum any dead wood especially who purposed the bonuses idea in the first time taken out.

John Lyttle has absolutely no excuse for running this company down, Boohoo is not to blame for the death of his son or anyone else for that matter, which we all sympathised at the time and he was given time off which he didn’t take. In fact drug abuse usually falls on weak parenting. I blame Carol and Kamani for brining him in at the height of this company to wreck it at all while telling us all how good he will be.

He lost his son but that does not give him right to destroy the future of all our children's, so stop making excuses for him.

The away I see it my losses are so far are paper loses, and if this can be turned around and should in long term make all of it back maybe some profit on top of that too.

And for this to happen lots of changes need to happen and they need to start from the top, why is Carol Kane not forgoing her salary? She is being paid too much for decimating the value of shareholders., she needs to get back to Amewica and identify what's gone wrong with Nasty-Girl and fix that. Accept from Dan this whole BoD presided in value destruction, and they had disgusting thought of asking for bonuses on top of that, even after they said they had learned the lessons. All of the slackers and drain managers need to identified and sacked.

I’d get everyone on national minimum wage. until Boo Boo pulls her knickers up. lol

Dan needs to identify more that £150 million of savings which think can be done, if he know where to look.

I think Ashley should bring Marks electronics, Curry's, AO,SPD, HoF, and Mulberry, to Debnhams market Place. I think this needs to be done with all shareholders together.

You'd be surprised how much small PI can contribute to success.

Remember they are giving Ashley non-executive position, why is he not taking that? If he cared about shareholders and his holding he would be taking the position and offering solutions and keep breathing down their necks. Why distract the BoD from getting on with recovery and implementing changes.

Selling any of the brands at this moment is self-harm and will not yield anything good and boo doesn't need to sell anything. Thats why they did cash call with shares.

Deb, KM, or PLT selling those could do so much damage to boo they won't even recover and pure destruction of shareholder value. This also will conflict with vision and future plans of business. Selling anything shouldn't be an option for now, they raised the needed cash and will now need to implement a program back to profit.

They need to cut staff, managers, BOD pay rent out offices and warehouses. They need to look at USA and where they failed and wil back customers, get rid of influencers and celebrities and parties.

If Ashley didn't have an hidden agenda here he could call of the EGM and give Dan a chance say 12months to turn around, he can always call another EGM after this period, I think Ashley is the trouble maker and I can't trust him, why not collaborate and make millions if not billions on your over 27%, but he wont do that why?

I thin he will loose the vote and this will damage his credibility to call shots in the future.

He may not be political or have stock market clout, but he knows the fashion and know what sells and what doesn't, he can recognise trends, removing him is not good idea at this time. Ashley I think is other way around. If only they could learn to work together.

Also please stop giving too much in to Shein, any business will have competitors you just have to learn to fight it and come up with better.

Is Ashley attacking Mehmoud Kamani because he thinks he is an easy target? To be fair he created this company and achieved £4 billion cap when he was in charge and it's when he stepped back and relinquished the control to JL this started to have problems why not blame the responsible persons who have seen to destruction here. All of the BOD not just one person.

Credit to mehmoud he has forgone payment of salary for 12 months, will the whole board follow suite? Or JL return his last 12 months to save Boo?

The Question is will Ashley and Lennon do the same, after all they will gain the most from a turnaround here, as Ashley does own quite lot here and will make back through share price recovery?

Lets hope we all can work together and achieve the ultimate goal of recovery and hope all shareholders can get something back.

Is anyone attending EGM in Manchester?

Anyone voting for Ashley, is like a turkey voting for Xmas.

Last time when he interfered with deb it cost me around 20K in loss, this time around the number is so huge, basically a life saving, and I blame him for interfering here. for that Its a no from me.

He's not given us any plan for turn around he is not willing to work with BOD, I feel he wants to strip and get what's he wants and get rid of the rest.

I also think he will lose the vote he will then make an low offer which will be rejected, any high offer and BOD have a plan for that too. They asked him nicely to go away he didn't do that, now they have been firm but if he doesn't quit after the vote they are going after him hard, maybe short Frasers .

They might not give an update/results, due to pending EGM, they could delay it until after.

Scb, not really it has lots of if and buts in it, what’s more interesting is they didn’t say Frasers, but referred to it as a third party, could someone else be luring around? If the company is greatly under valued which a agree it is and now confirmed by BOD, who know what else is in the deep.

The response by the BOD is very well put, considered and transparent, an honest reply. On the other hand seems Mike is hiding and keeping things from shareholders already and doesn't come across very honest. The board can trigger FCA investigation for share price manipulation by Frasers, and who knows what other skeleton would come out, what is Ashley’s relation with the 4 American funds who might be manipulating UK stock market, especially shorting boohoo stock to take advantage.

If Mike is for all the shareholders then why not give assurances asked by the board, what's the harm? Mahmoud has given all of them first, if Ashley’s got nothing to hide and is not leveraging for self interest it shouldn’t too difficult.

Also why hide the separate letter? That is not a good behaviour, and how the things look I don’t think he will have support at EGM to get the needed support, no holders will self hard. And he is too stingy to make a valued offer.

So far I am liking Dandy Dan and how he is handling it.
