HP1882 The best away to get to and talk to Dan would be to call company HQ and speak Company secretary, and if you are a major shareholder you can ask for Dans PA's number and then call to make an appointment with Dan , you can them travel to Manchester HQ and ask him questions..

He went on to say we are not going anywhere and that Dan has his full support and he has trust in Dan to turn things around and make mass profit.

He also said, Little John had full control and he ran boohoo as he saw fit, just as Dan is now and it was all his decisions to buy or sell and that he did not interfere with him, and that when he was in charge he had achieved a very high share price, but he doesn't want to play a blame game.

I contacted Dan, and got a reply from him, I also contacted Mahmud and he also responded and replied.

I cant divulge everything but I can say, Dan has told me the plan is already being implemented.

He said:

1. They have raised cash through sale of property and share issuing.

2. Paid off debit.

3. Cut staff first call.

3, Identified around £30-£40 million is savings, and cost cuts

4. More staff cuts second call.

5. He has done allot in Debenhams, and hopes to repeat across the group.

6. Currently more waste and loss is being identified.

7. he said Debenhams is going to be very big watch this space.

8. Dan is not keen on colleagues job cuts during cost of living and cares too much for them.

0. No the business is not going for bankrupt nor is there any chance of that happening.

10. They will announce more plan soon, hold this space.

He went on to say he has full control of Boohoo group and full support from all of the BOD, he can hire or fire anyone as he sees fit, and that Mahmud Kamani was not interfering with him or his plan, this is his show, however Mahmud the founder was a valuable asset to his plan and they are both working together to unlock shareholder value.

Scb you are wrong about Dan, what I can tell so far he is down to earth person and has an integrity, he wont cut you off mid sentences like JL, he talks and listens to you like normal human being. Also Mahmoud has given him full control to do so as he sees fit with no restrictions, so Dan has full control now.

As for Umars pay if the remember correctly was that he will get £50k as base and the rest would be performance linked, so if the leak is correct this would be imply PLT is doing really well, and taking in to account his message also suggests to that effect.

What no one here is talking is how close Mahmud Kamani came to loosing the vote, if you look at people not voted or abstained this could have gone the other way.

Everyone needs to feel the pain not just the shareholders, Dan should start from the top work all the way down, with not just cuts in number but also reduced pay.

I think if Ashley goes for others he will be successful to remove them, but removing Mahmud Kamani will be harmful to business and us shareholders.

SCB, lots of private investors were there as well as retail and institutions, the hall was full with only few places left. You could see the everyone had sad faces, they must have had lost a lot of money here, not many wanted to ask questions, thinking what's the point, and everyone left quickly with a disappointment.
