RE: Sold v buy2 Oct 2021 11:55
every share was brought right up into the close, naturally... sell volume can equal buy volume as a bid price is marked as a sell when it could be a buy..
the question is who is clever enough to buy at the bid price in large volume when the price, given that it dropped, proceeds to rally to breakout point..?
Citadel, these shorter can get into and out of the market without moving it that much if at all.. so personally l don't bank on the market to move when they get out.. if there are many shorts then there is a problem but one isn't a problem as you don't know their strategy, l don't know here but, could Citadel be short as part of a hedging strategy, short IAG and Long whatever..?
"Hedging is a risk management strategy employed to offset losses in investments by taking an opposite position in a related asset"
it looks like Citadel reduced slightly on Wednesday 29th..
