if price followed the same scenario as last February's announcement, price did exactly the same thing, selling off for 2 days before and a rise on the *same* day prior to the announcement.. l am assuming the announcement came after 4:30pm close like we saw yesterday...

Feb 19th when international flights were announced, the Monday after Price rallied 13.5 pts closing 11.8 pts higher..
that would give Monday's price a high of 162.43 closing 160.73, by the end of that week 26 Feb, a high of 33.80 pts closing 26.5 pts, that would give an equivalent next week closing, Fri 24 Sept, a high of 182.73 closing 175.43
..price then continued to rise for the next 2-3 weeks....

...the IAG €8 billion bond issue was in May, so financially there would have been uncertainties..

..it has been weighted for those vaccinated…
..this will play well with the US as it sets a status quo, Biden is compromised by a larger amount of unvaccinated citizens…
