The hedges are very complicated..if you want to dig into them download the 2021 annual report and look on page 155/6. Aggressive hedging at low gas prices impacts earnings in the short term as dec is losing money on some hedges as gas prices shot up when the hedges anticipated gas trading much lower. It would be good to find out which hedges they need to settle in cash this year, this could be used to estimate the impact on earnings per share.

yes I did the calculation from the exchange rate rns and it comes to 3.245..per share so the dec website must just round it up saying 3.25p div per share.
