I had a brief read of NYSE fees and they charge a listing fee of $300k plus an individual one off fee per share which might explain why they decided to go for a 1:20 instead 1:10 as it would save money on the listing.

Give it a few days the 11th was just an estimate, SEC have to review and approve the listing.

you can claim back the WHT as a foreign tax credit as its within an ISA which are not reported on your tax return.

So the only route avaliable is clatiming back the 15% if the IRS recognises ISAs as Witholding tax free?

Should get a definitive answer from my accountant next week, I don't see why I wouldn't be able to claim a forgien tax credit just because its in an ISA.

Say I hold my shares within an ISA. I'm not paying cgt or div tax. Given 15% of the dividend is being withheld can I claim Foreign Tax Credit Relief on that 15%?

US investors will love this stock with such a high dividend yeild. It might even end up in some US ETFs. If they do eventually delist from the UK it will be because the US listing is a big success.

Only Downside is the 20 to 1 might be a way to distract from the poor share price performance.
