Hey guys any ideas where we go to get registered for the AGM?
The AGM will be held on May 10, 2024 at 2:00PM BST (9:00AM EDT) at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD, United Kingdom.
Natural Gas almost back too two bucks. Anymore news on when DEC might be included in more US indexes like Russel 2000?
Jupiter Asset Management Limited previously held only 0.33%, so pretty impressive they bought so much without moving the price.
Cool story bro. Another tragically small buy back today.
Yup another tiny buyback.
Got a link to the updated analysis he referenced?
Who's going to the agm then? Give trusty rusty a grilling.
I'd sell them for £21..about £1.05 old money.
Yeah last year they announced exactly the same and then gave no further updates. Buybacks are fairly weak at 37k worth, let's see if they can maintain the buybacks for more than a week...
Stifel got binned, maybe they were responsible for the tender balls up.
Peel hunt hopefully can do a better job of clicking buy a few times a week.
RNS is light on details on when they will actually buy shares, I thought they are all out of cash for now after the 410m Oak splurge?
Page 34 is good as they are exporing ways to reuse the holes.
In 2024, we are committed to retiring at least 400 wells in
Appalachia, including both Diversified-owned and third-
party wells, and doing so with the existing resources of our
Next LVL Energy team. At the same time, we will continue
to consider next best steps to our longer-term goals of
expanding the depth and breadth of our Next LVL Energy
solutions-driven program.
We also plan to continue our efforts to identify alternative
uses for our wellbores, including conversion to hydrogen
production and storage, carbon storage, mechanical
battery storage, or electric generation, which therefore do
not necessarily require the traditional well retirement
actions or related financial obligations.

Should keep all the climate change alarmists happy....anyone that hasn't watched "Climate: The Movie" on YouTube should give it a watch https://youtu.be/A24fWmNA6lM?si=_YxYqSGfw5eARWqs https://www.netzerowatch.com/all-news/climate-the-movie
I think buybacks are not goingto happen. Rusty rather buy more assets instead as the latest aqustion demonstrated.
Looks like February 2024 was the Nat Gas low. Onwards and upwards from here 🚀
Anyone got any insights on where they think natural gas prices will be in 2026?
If trump is elected be drill baby drill but also export to Europe.
If biden is president he will continue denying lng export capacity to keen gas cheap in the US?
Fair point, at a decline rate of 10% over 3 years the value is much less than $410M....no doubt on the acquisition the PV number will magically change in DECs favor.
"Total gross consideration, inclusive of Oaktree's investment, is $419 million (approximately $366 million net of customary purchase adjustments to the August 1, 2021 effective date)." Buying back the same investment for $410 million doesn't seem like a too bad deal?

Tender Offer is not in compliance with applicable law in the United States. As a result of the termination, no shares will be purchased pursuant to the Tender Offer, and all shareholders holding securities in proper form as of the record date will receive the cash dividend payment as announced on 15 November 2023.
^ WTF how incompetent can they be..
87c to 29c...brutal. They can use excess fcf for share buybacks I guess.
