Of course your right Boyzone ,and just to clarify in my posts I referred to an Operation Manager wanting to leave ... Not who as their at least 3+ Operations managers and some support managers. Their are so many levels of management for a relative small company .. It is like I say cut costs restructure outsource departments , saving on fuels cost , vehicle cost tax and insurance all the usual, perhaps that has begun .. You must see some sence in above .. An accountant wants to make money & save money as I do .. Some big share sells yesterday's , so perhaps some are loosing faith....time to save money as I have said previous5- 6.49 not a good start ..one would hope it gets better IMO

It's been a bad day in the city today ,but it seems these shares are going backwards ,even with the Russian Investment on board If Timothy is keeping a grip on cost containment and if they have a facilitator on board ,plus with the new sales director on board Richard, it may just buy a bit of time for them to start the major restructure of the units to keep them on a timeline for the telemetry to arrive, they have a long way to go , IMO more money will be required and some businesses sold to raise the cash ....

So wait for the new faces in the franchise business ,as they will need to stop the big hole that is looming, looks like the fees have dropped , would be interesting to know if they have created new areas for these sales or are they areas that have been re sales so their not actual growth more like for like ? Looking at previous accounts it is the latter IMO Strategy .. Everything is depending on Telemetry, some companies have this already and if used correctly, and can be adapted to the estate then you could reduce the work force by half .. Restructure in 2015 as they cannot survive on these sort of accounts while waiting to bring in telemetry, IMO So Mr Stone let's hope your a strong leader who gives direction and isn't afraid to cut the deadwood of senior managers to improve performance & profit Perhaps a tie in with MAAS could be on the horizon...

Looking at the Franchise Business accounts,it seems the Sales have dropped year on year on New Sales,it looks to me as if they have had exceptional warranty costs especially last year ,why has the management fees dropped Reduced numbers of Franchisee, so their hasn't actual been an up turn in sales . They need a strong Task Force to bring this round ,and cost change control systems in place,to stop burning the cash It is a company that Is run in the style of Management By Crisis ! Boris money is handy but don't let the present management team burn it again .

why are you all getting excited about price .. I said months back it wouldn't be worth more than 15p , also predicted Boris would become cash cow for company and he has . The CEO has no idea about what is happening around him!
