Quiet ? Sorry I spend time in the Caribbean with the wife and London with the mistress .. They will have restraints because they are locked into a financial mess with interims at the helm they can't move forward as for NHS tenders, knowing some of the companies that do tender work they are giving it away plus associated rebates their is very little profit so I think they need more than the NHS to revive this business ,you just need to do the maths my friends it doesn't balance , only value in Drinkmaster is the land, the New CEO needs time and an Operational Director .. 6 months and another round of funding will be required

They need to put the right person in position who will steer this back to a decent position and price. They should have sold parts of the businesses Drinkmaster should have been sold 18 months ago and got a good price .. Now that is worth next to nothing as with Snack in the Box .. The Russians have invested millions and still wading through treacle ...

Sorry chaps Barbados for Christmas & New Year as usual the wife has become accustomed to the life style, as it hasn't re listed still struggling for the accounts to be signed off I would imagine It seems this could be another Pyrrhic victory .I presume they have some sort of purchasing supervisor/ manager they could try and use the " pull system " if they understand the term.

It seems only 2 people can make things happen in this business and start to move ... But do they have the nerve to approach and ask. An interesting meeting today chaps

Mr Stone steps down in April , Mr James departs today Shares still suspended It's just going round in circles IMO is their any hope ??

Nice of you to mention me old chap, .. As we are all aware the exchange take a dim view on a lengthy suspension this is the 2nd time in 12 months this has occurred regarding accounts which is disturbing, They should have implemented requirements traceability along with root cause analysis, it a waiting game They need to get people in who can turn the business around and not play at it IMO

it seems their is still an issue with the company paying suppliers nothing has changed ... Especially in Snack in the box Mr Hardhill & Mr Cleveland chasing debt from what accountants say without any joy It's not looking very good for the company in whole

From what I have heard an old face from the original establishment may be making a return to sort out this mess out Imo nothing has changed the set up is what Ms Bryne established in 2009 Gillian has wide knowledge of the industry so something has upset apple cart

At last we see big names starting to fall by the way side .. Perhaps they have realised what I did a long time ago as I said in my posts It probably been accomplished as a Pyrrhic victory CFO Tim James. Group Ops Manager both going two more to go and the business will start to fly, crap staff can't hide anymore !

Plenty going on with updates, the ducks are in order with structure all 15 pages of organizational charts for various departments, if this is after making a department redundant then they still have a long way to go, if it is including dept then their is a reason for including IMO it appears they have excessive middle management and if they have outsourced a department then they have started in the wrong place .IMO remove the layers of middle management as their seems to be an obsession,and plenty of duplication of titles no wonder it not moving, it like wading through treacle with the staffing levels. IMO Cut out the dead wood and we may see an improvement in price . Another financial year around the corner lets hope it prospers & rallies at least a qualified accountant is now visible. Sit back relax ,it could be on the rise ,but as I keep saying more cash will be required by Boris + massive savings throughout the business,before telemetry is introduced and we see a return GL

As an investor I am sorry to hear of redundancies of a full department ,when I know from a cost point of view ,it will be more expensive to execute ,I presume some have been their many years, and seen changes not all good,looking at the figures and accounts ,I have expressed concerns before over costs, it seems to me that VMI has clearly been mis managed by the current manager and her team.. Mr Stone will hopefully deal with the situation and bring a New Team in that I would hope ,ISNT just jobs for the boys like the current situation in VMI ,Simply Drinks but Tim and Jeremy have allowed that to carry on .. Boyzone, it appears not everything is rosy with Sproston as outlined below ,which I can only conclude, that the comments are from people that work their . Blackmark interesting would you not agree ..

IMO .You are correct in what you say Blackmark to outsource would be expensive, and it has been attempted before apparently,but you would like to think they have completed a cost analysis on the project prior, if they don't out source they still need to reduce costs and overheads from Departments & Business units . I do believe Telemetry is the answer as it will capture everything required to turn the Business around , but this will take time to implement,which is the danger, by acting now on costs and streamlining ,the price should start to move again, granted at a slow rate, I would still sell off some of the buisnesses Boyzone - while I commend your loyalty to this company your next saying will be " it was an act of God" for the mess , the only person left to blame is the cleaner !IMO ..Jeremy & Timothy allowed the business to descend and spiral out of control shares dropped, and most of all customers suffered,including one of the business I visit, as it appears their waiting for an expert to fix, for the last 3 weeks ,no sales means no cash. It's obvious neither Timothy or Jeremy are strong characters, which allowed the various managers to dupe not 1 accountant but 2, plenty of warning signs, but they failed to listen, are you saying that is acceptable performance from a CFO and the previous CEO ?. Hence why I say again,I hope Mr Stone is a natural strong leader ,who needs to remove the deadwood . An extremely qualified accountant is required that can produce Adequate Disclosure for the financial status and not creative accountancy. Boyzone with the dynamic due Mark & Richard at the helm , as Richard starts his role on Monday my contact informs me , am sure others will soon be found out for their inapt roles they played in ruining a once very far and distant healthy share price, plus suspension of shares ,stop blaming people from sometime ago , Timothy , Jeremy were in control for 3 years ...
