Still ticking until the end of the month ,for accounts to be published ,it still all a mess,perhaps a whitewash is on the cards.

SnackTime shares were down 25.9% at 10.00 pence early Thursday, having been down a third at the open, the stock's lowest level since late June. It was the biggest faller on the AIM All-Share index. If they had accepted the recent offer on Drinkmaster it may have gone up ! Simple sell Drinkmaster, raise cash, reduce debt are you guys really that daft you don't get it, from 1 accountant to 2 others do the correct maths and not the magic numbers you have quoted today.They could have been well on the way to having money in the bank from sale

What is classed as acceptable offer ?out 5 or 6 offers they have had , declined them all even one less than a month ago ... ..I would have thought Boris would try and save some money by selling Drinkmaster for £1million + it reduces their debt & cost ..... Boris save some money , the bank gets debt reduced , they move the problems elsewhere of William hill Time to wake up and smell the coffee, or am I just an accountant that sees a long term plan rather than a Short one.

Their was certain parts that are lucrative but it seems ,drinkmaster which was lucrative at one stage has problems with one of the major accounts contract which seems to have reduced dramatically effecting the profit ,so that not as strong as it was , don't think the franchise business has increased on numbers for a long time as a lot of them decided to leave or not renewed ,6 have joined but 6 have gone so growth isn't increasing in that part of the business , The main problem has always been VMI but the other parts of the businesses are struggling too now , Ian Forde is also stepping down from board ,it seems he was a founder of the original company Snacktime. Michael Jackson is staying on the board. It won't get out of debt for some time and that the problem regardless of Boris

Look into Boris past it been reported that a certain Russian leader had words ... And you don't mess about with him and that why he couldn't pass the strict rules at beginning of year or prove he had the cash ,yes he is going all out !he want a business here in the UK ,and a seat on plc board even thou it ailing BDO wouldn't sign accounts off unless they could provide enough funding for 12 months but that could have changed now

Boris will bring in new people if he gets it ... ,Jeremy Hamer has already made offers to Mark Stone who will become the new MD for Snacktime & Sales Director Richard Davis both from MAAS UK these individuals will be based in VMI ,who knows what this means for the current Sales director Steven Hartland and The group Operations Manager Sue Sproston ...Boris has offered to buy the debt for 1.6 which is half of what it is ,Slinkert has been asked to step down You were right on a lot of things in the early days ..your accountant was right it is a mess and buying shares now would be a mistake .

And an offer to the bank has made for Boris to buy the debt ...... Oh dear it is fact what I have posted But some people don't read between the lines So drinkmaster was up for sale ,months ago but the companies pulled out due to figures and value Two more bids went in but was declined 2.weeks ago as it didn't match what was asked for .. Check it out Their movement regarding Boris as they say they are" getting their ducks in line "

Lord Sutch, surely when the announcements are announced of the 2 changes and a new boy comes in on the ground,I will have proved the fact !!! IMO it's fact Their also new blood coming in ,I believe so major shake ups In staffing and the board 2 board to go .. IMO

The Uvenko talks from last February, fell through because their was discrepancies in the strict standards that are set out to make a bid for PLC ,so the only way for Boris to move is to buy New Shares Perhaps Jimbo your contact is aware that HSBC bank have refused to take the business so their still with the Co op and we know what financial position they are in. I still predict changes and the odd new faces coming in and a certain board member going ....... IMO

All middle management got asked if they could invest about 12 months ago,am aware that it ranged from £5k to £30k, also when Vendia was acquired it was already in a mess only it was very well hidden ...... Perhaps a new face in the next month or so ............

I invested in this company from the start of it float , I still have a small hand but just because I have an opinion that you clearly don't like for some reason! I don't have my head in the clouds over this company .. Or is it to near the truth for you to handle My comments are of My Opinion

I did see it thanks ... But doesn't really matter .. As it is their no better of at the minute with Boris he has made a contribution to keep them going and allowing him a seat on board and a say ...... But as it stands they are a struggling company whether you agree or not ! If you think they have enough cash in the bank to pay everything month on month while this drags out then good on you for your optimism It simple, I don't think they have so they will keep struggling and it still keep ticking on the clock So like I keep saying ,they have to sell part of the business or Boris make a bid, I presume that would be with Uvenko UK Tick tick
