Let me just say Boris has supplied a source of funding your correct,but that soon disappeared From the RNS it seems their was discussions but that came to nothing,so was their a bid ?were does it state a bid was made it doesn't ,so I didn't comment no as no bid was made just talks Their still the debt Their suppliers still on stop Drinkmaster still up for sale Well it depends who come first Administrators or Boris... If it Boris he will have to invest a lot of money to get this business back on any sort of track So we really no further on with it but you live in hope as you clearly do that their gonna be a turnaround . Time will tell But the clock is ticking and the more it ticks the less this company has of surviving It's broke and if I was Boris I would rip it up and start again

I am amazed that this board are still in charge, am also surprised that the money raised 6-8 weeks ago has gone, they still have the debt and still on stop with suppliers, next it be the staff on stop for pay Only option is to sell Drink master / Snack in the Box .... That would raise enough cash to pay debt and start to improve things,change the managers with New Blood in remaining divisions, Accounts to be centralised with CFO under same roof , change the board members CFO,CEO ... Otherwise it Goodnight ..

Interesting questions and you hopefully get some information to assist your decision from various chats The future - if Boris doesn't make a takeover ,then I doubt very much they will survive ,as they haven't got the tools to manage cash flows , debts, .. It need at least 1.5 m History .. Yes your right from the early days,when figures were been plucked from thin air ,you talk a lot of sense ,it would only work in private hands, regarding deadwood I think their is still plenty their . Am convinced the only way for this to survive is to sell parts of the business,to generate cash to keep them a float ,either by the Franchise business or Drink master. They will have to raise more cash as Boris only invested 6 or so weeks ago ,that will have been eaten up ,so my thought is they are back in the same position pre Boris investment, which means the pot is still empty unless a sell off can be agreed or Boris is the gift that keeps giving ..

It is my opinion and as far as I am aware I can still voice it ... You might not always like what it is ,but money that raised goes very quickly on the debt ,I said the amount raised last time wouldn't be enough

I caught up with some old chums from the days of accountancy ,and over a liquid lunch this company came up ,and the demise from the glory days of £1.43 a share to 11p,not all plain sailing ,still looking at history & present levels of interest,it still cannot gain momentum ,such a shame that their only one direction this is heading for and that definitely down IMO. Boris may have millions but with this company always wanting money it will become a drain ,still we have the end of year results to look forward too,

The prize for Boris could be the seat on the board of a PLC Company in UK. It will still need major investment to survive ,either selling parts of business which the indicator is Drink-master,or even the franchise business, Could the Co-op force the sale of parts of the business ? The CFO / CEO are both from financial backgrounds,yet it is in a precarious position still Boris will have plans but what and how long it takes to get a return is anyone guess,Boris will need deep pockets to keep this afloat as it is,IMO

In my opinion it won't. I would imagine Boris investment has already been swallowed up,so it back to talking to the bank,or trying to get another bank to take it on, or Boris puts his hand in his pocket again,for all the re structuring that gone on they will have recruited ,so I don't envisage much savings,they will need at least another £1.5 million to move on .. So the sale of one of the companies must still happen IMO ..cash is still been burnt, vehicle costs and fuel alone will be excessive ....It my opinion

IMO Boris will have sent his team into the company by now ,to over view his investment it won't take long for them to realise,that more money is needed to survive ,so how long before more money is raised,or Boris invests again ?? The accounts still need to be published is the game nearly over ? It won't go any higher than 13p a share IMO,

£570,000 to the rescue ,seems only a small amount of money for the size of the business,something doesn't add up , Boris is either playing it shrewd or will become the new jewel in the crown and become a cash cow for the business . Even with this investment it a drop in the ocean and am unsure how it will help,share price has increased but not as I expected with this news,do they pay the bank debt or pay suppliers their still in that precarious position I would be very surprised if they have gained control on expenses you can only restructure so many times until you cut to far and cannot perform as a business,is this the 2nd restructure if Wokingham has shut ? Drinkmaster will still have to be sold ,to give this a good chance of making any money looking at previous accounts it VMI that needs to be off loaded,so perhaps if Mr Hammer has a reputation for breaking business up he needs to start here .why are they keeping hold of VMI ?Dispose of this and everything will look different

Time to turn the lights out , seems to have come stuck in moving forward. The sale of Drinkmaster is only the start of off loading IMO...

It will be a massive challenge to make this work ,to combine 3 different vending businesses under one management team ,doesn't make sense.Wanting to sell Drinkmaster prior to the Russians discussions , they obviously need cash ,none of this looks good IMO

Share price drops again , If the takeover doesn't happen then I don't see how the present board can turn it around , no murmurs on announcement so it must be going to the wire , not long to wait , they'll always be winners and losers in this game you take chance and see how it plays out hopefully it be a takeover soon

The results are very poor ... Yet the opening statement from CEO is " he is pleased to announce the results "why is the operated division loosing so much over 6 months , restructure on cards perhaps the management & board are not as good as they think . Perhaps it time for a new board inject life and direction ,their no money in this !

Ok IMHO I don't think I or anyone has trashed the shares ,and I have read all the comments and you have to take a balanced view but still make your own mind up on the situation , and I think advice the MM haven't helped the cause over the weeks , we all in it to make money ,but as you keep saying 10 days will soon come round and we will see what happens this week so TTFN and BTWGL ....

I too have watched this since Boris first came on board with buying shares , and kept an eye on movements throughout the last 6 months even pre Boris It will all happen at once interim and announcements what it worth is another thing
