RE: Its worse than I thought.13 Jul 2022 18:01
Hazbeen I am not disputing the fact they have done a sterling job re financing but the cards are not stack up in favour of the PI who typically is a bottom feeder. The deal favours the insti's and co's invested and the BoD. Not the PI.
Yes it has had bumps but as a PI I see an opportunity and looking to get in at rock bottom prices.
I know all the arguments about placing done at 7p and the big boys know better etc etc. Yes they know better but they also have safeguards in the deal and unlimited liquidity compared to me to either weather "storms" or extracting value out of HZM without any regard for a PI.
So in conclusion, in the same way as JM does not put his own money in his enterprise (hard cash) and in the same way as the PI was not thought off when the deal was struck (dilution), I am not putting any money in either, until I either see him investing his own hard earned or I see my price target reached.
