I am not invested because I am not convinced the price is right yet. I don't have any doubt that Nickel will be in demand but equally I am not prepared to pay through the nose only for my investment to be diluted by a BoD and financiers who all they care is to line their own pockets. There will be a time to strike when it is so low everyone will be kicking and screaming.

For me it is clear that the majority of PI's have lost confidence in the actions of Jeremy Martin and his CFO evidenced by the drop and by the looks of it it is continuing

Having watched the operational update clip I am not convinced by their responses and get a sense of dejavu in that they talk a good game with caveats but that does not translate in value for shareholders.

In my view there will be further events to push the price down. Only danger here is that it gets so low someone from within the group of financiers makes a low ball offer leaving some PI's invested out of pocket . However I think this will only happen if some event that is deemed to be "outside the control of the company" happens. This is because optics matter. We wouldn't just want to blatantly give HZM away to the big boys there must be a convenient excuse.

According to trading view chart:
Volume on the day 06/10 after the dilutive finance deal 675K
From 07/10 to 12/10 190K-350K
Yesterday 13/10 - 700K and a down day

We are now at 88.8p.

Conclusion volume returned obviously on the day of the dilutive finance deal and manifested in selling, subsequent day volume picked up by opportunists or those on hopium or a quick 10-15% bounce. Yesterday after the US CPI announcement which resulted in a sharp selloff followed by a sharp bounce, HZM failed to respond and volume returned with a vengeance in what I can only conclude was another selling event.

This confirms what I have been saying that HZM is heading for the gap of 81p-69p.

It doesn't. They will need to raise again in the future. Inflation, winter, engineering troubles something will crack

So we have
1. Progress update (tick)
2. Further dilutive finance (tick)
3. Trading volume has returned to the low paltry levels (tick)

Conclusion slow drift downwards to the gap beginning at 81p.

Of course they had they are not stupid. Even when you apply for a mortgage they tell you here's your 4% say but if rates go to 8% you'll pay X.

But the optics play a significant part. What would have happened if during the initial raise they said "...to be on the safe side and because we predict potential inflation costs" or "there is a provision for further fundraises if inflation exceeds x %". The share would have tanked.

Price action today after the JM interview which `I haven't watched but what is there to watch - a front man for the big funders.
We opened at 95p on the day after the typical evening RNS (evening RNS's are very bad form and usually reserved for bad news). 3 days later volume has returned to its paltry low levels and the price is not even touching 95p.

Patience rewards the only way is further below I think. I await the gap

Even I with my limited macro economic knowledge could see the inflation. shock coming.

The whole discussion about Nickel is irrelevant in my view. By the time HZM start producing, again in my view, they will no longer be in the frame. In the time to build the mine all precious metals will be on a downtrend and this will be taken advantage by the big co's controlling things to acquire an even bigger slice of HZM.

The subject line says it all - Instead of following the usual theme of how nickel is so much in demand and how great a resource HZM has the discussion is now from outsiders trying to speculate what will happen.

All I look at is price action and the past form of the Board of directors led by a couple of stooges now and the puppet masters being the likes of Glen Orion La Mancha whoever happens to have a big holding.

It is clear to me that the directors are after lining their own pockets and safeguarding their administrative positions. The big boys want to slowly control this asset and take it over once it has reached an appropriate level of de-risking. In the meantime no one cares about the PI this I hope is clear to you all.

The only safe course of action for me is to sit and wait for yet another piece of bad news which will come eventually and buy the gap I have been on about.

69p-81p is a good point for me for a starter entry now after this latest dilution. Once I could accept it (finance deal), twice now it's almost as if they are telling the PI - We do not care you've invested already and if you think about investing again then we'll gladly take your money.

94p incoming in the next few sessions then down again - my projection

The biggest catalyst will be all metals and miners consequently going down. Around March/April next year they should have bottomed. They may be asked or it may be engineered as such that the business case is revised based on new Nickel prices. This may force further dilution. Now they started this game they will go all the way and get it for free more or less.

They will not get to the end alone. They will be glorified administrators. To paraphrase a famous saying "Once you go big boys you never look back..." after the pant pulling they are theirs!

Clever - The snake's commission is the fact that the big boys chucked 56K's worth of a "tip" in the form of shares at him, after pulling his pants down. If I had a good night out at a gentleman's club I would do the same

Don't worry Calamari they will not understand. They were saying the same for Boohoo but the price for BOO is sitting right at the top of a gap from 2015.
The HZM gap will get filled there is more pain ahead. In the meantime everyone's got their calculators out hoping that they discover something the big boys haven't already thought of or haven't got the resources to counteract.

Picked - I have been calling this right since prior to the finance deal if not before.
This broken clock has had quite a 100% hit rate.
So please go and wipe at least a dozen of the scrambled eggs from you face.

My motivation has been believe not or not to warn others and pick up some cheap shares yes I admit it which is why I have kept myself uptodate.
Soon I will be buying yours...
