There was a bit if sideways action for about 14 trading days - call it distribution - but this seems to have broken down. The last 4 trading days have seen a break of the 89p area downwards. As I said a few weeks ago the gap beginning at 81p-69p is where HZM is heading towards.

Will it be saved by an impending rally in the US? - I strongly doubt it in my view

ITV has broken upwards by 1p from its March 22 downtrending channel. Volume is steadily increasing. Technical indicators look good. Strong Buy

It is resistance that's why. The area between 67-69p is strong resistance if it breaks out of it then next stop is 72-74p.

The current price is also a Fib 0.786 Retracement of COVID lows and also is the high from yesterday. Battle I thing is going on for cheap stock. Yesterday's volume was nearly 55M today so far 4 and bit million. Price is staying up which to me means someone is looking for stock at cheaper prices but no-one is selling at these prices

Picked I am here for multiple reasons I will list a few.

1. I want others to be aware and not taken for a ride. My first foray into AIM was a co called AUREUS mining. Pumped up left right and centre even by mainstream media. Very good resource but what happened was a classic. They blamed all their troubles on an Ebola outbreak did placing after placing diluted everything and then a rich Turkish investor came along made an insulting offer, the Board of directors were retained and then it went private. I can see similar patterns here forming. Back then lots of related 3rd party transactions were done (disguised as help from the angel investor) and that was their way of extracting value out of their investment while in parallel running the SP down.

2. I believe in the long term value of the resource here but so do the investors who will be fighting to take it over after a level of de-risking. If I were them I would want to pick it up cheaply. If I had money and time I would wait until the asset I wanted was cheap to acquire it while having some form of control which they do.

3. I am not day trading HZM I day trade major indices and have a core portfolio of blue chips predominantly with a few FTSE250 and a couple of other AIM dogs which were bad decisions on my part.

4. I want to monitor events here and yes I make no bones about it waiting for a bargain price to invest.

If HZM was a 1/10 of the size of Ford and Tesla I would agree but this is AIM and the BoD are not as regulated. Having said that no one can effectively regulate Elon...

All that matters is price action - emotional and technical signals combined. Give you an example. Without wanting to brag, yesterday I knew, on the balance of probabilities that it would be a bottoming day in the markets after the CPI report in the US. I was right sold prior to CPI, and bought back right after the first hour. Same with some quality shares I track in the UK which are quality . Each to their own.

You keep tracking fundamentals and totally ignore market psychology which manifests in candles and technical signals which manifest in RSI, Stochastic, MACD and other readings
