All that matters is price action - emotional and technical signals combined. Give you an example. Without wanting to brag, yesterday I knew, on the balance of probabilities that it would be a bottoming day in the markets after the CPI report in the US. I was right sold prior to CPI, and bought back right after the first hour. Same with some quality shares I track in the UK which are quality . Each to their own.
You keep tracking fundamentals and totally ignore market psychology which manifests in candles and technical signals which manifest in RSI, Stochastic, MACD and other readings
