The green premium story gets better and better - When Tesla is cutting prices for the 6th time this year I do not think they'll give a monkeys if their nickel is green. The only thing that drives markets is liquidity and it is slowly but steadily being pulled. The rest is just narratives to explain after the event what is happening.
