Problem Rich is that he is not doing a good job in my view for you and me. He's doing a sterling job for the City and the insti's that invested. A dilutive deal and they have a guaranteed bonus salary and options if all goes well at no cost to them. Really sterling job for them but not the PI who they leant on no doubt in the early days.

It seems that there is no shame in doing wild comparisons CleverThoughts in order to clutch at any old straw.

I will put it out in more layman's terms. The option are fairy dust to stop the complaining.

IF and that is a big IF the share does well and it exceeds the targets set (1st target 1.68) they can buy (pay money to do so) and sell them at a profit.

IF the share price does not do well and either falls or stagnates they have lost 0 - nothing. The bonus they received through the deal is money in the bank their salary keeps coming and any potential bonuses from another deal for V will be banked to.

Until I see them dipping hands in pockets and buying in to reflect their belief in the company I am negatively biased

Clearly the directors have seen the share price slide and possibly the constant complaints that they have no skin in the game and decided to throw some dust in our eyes. Options are free remember that. No money has been invested by any of the directors. Just remember that when and if you rejoice thinking that they now are invested in HZM.

They have a safe source of income none of their capital is at risk.

Now our dear CEO and CFO are getting a very good salary and they had a nice hefty bonus of I think 0.5% of the total financing deal (happy to be checked on this). Now they are getting some free options which IF the company does well in 12 months time (is it?) they can exercise and make some money at 1.68 (1st tranche). There's a 1st top for you.

I repeat the options are FREE to them. No skin in the game as yet from any directors. So to claim they have is nonsense. I would have expected them to dip their hands in their pockets after the hefty bonuses and put their money where their mouth is. So no change and tick in the box from me

It doesn't have much to do with reputation Ant. What. reputation for being late? All I remember from. the finance deal was how late it was and when it came it was dilutive for PI's. Of. course our CEO will have a good name in the city because as I. said in the past he will make them money. As for the PI I don't think anyone cares.
He does not have a good name with me because he still after such a big fall does not buy any shares.

I will hazard a guess. Provided there is no takeover approach I see a big volume self at 70p. If there is a takeover approach. or some amazing news it could of course fly probably to the point of control around 138-140p without any significant difficulty in my view.

I put my hand up I was beaten by Google finance's figures are pants. Looked at. investing.com and from the period in September to today AIM all share down 30-33% HZM down 40%.

My negative bias has not changed. Just undershoot not as bad but still an undershoot.
