Decembers quarterly reported stated we have £1.82m of available cash. Now some of this will be required for the refrack, but as yet we don't know how much. Let's assume £750k. That would leave us with £1.070m.

He has confirmed $1.8m USD subject to contract for the Refrack in his share talk answers.

And like I said before, i suspect that Refrak may not be 100% successful at the first attempt, so I will not be surprised if the JV is delayed as they fine tune it.

Toi Calculate Gross profit at at well you often have

Revenue Less Direct cost of Sales Less OAR. to Give Revenue / Cost of Sales / Gross Profit.

But with OAR added into COS, you are actually making an contribution to the Overheads of the businesses so although it might not be profitable, it is reducing the companies loses i.e. making a contribution to overheads.

And you can muck around a lot with those figures, to make things look better or reduce profits, hence contribution is such a clear figure.

For the none accountants .... Contribution is Revenue Less direct Variable costs (Direct Cost of Sales).

OAR = Overhead Absorption rate. (This is less with more wells / Revenue as you can spread it around)

They had very high production costs vs Revenue last time there were producing, in fact lost making by the details in the financial reporting, but it really was not clear TBH.

So without Cost of the Sales not very useful, as what i really like to know Gross Profit and things like OARs, so contribution, but i suspect that is only internal management information.

I don't think that much has really changed fundamentally, yes they will raise and i am bit worried about the flow rates at well now.

But never forget they are sitting on Cambay 100% owned now and able to be worked, i had Cambay at £60m value, in discussions with Jos, some three years ago, before the gas prices increase, you would have think nearly double that now. It is the delays and problems they have had with dealing with GSPC and the Indian reginal administration that has cost so much.

Which I hope they are pretty much clear off now, having own the major battles at a big cost to share price, but onwards and upwards.
