I also think there will be another issue for overheads before the farm out, ans for me it is farm out where the biggest gain will actually be made although that is based on the success of the fracking and with a good fracking result there will be great spike then. So I can see two buy opportunities and two sell opportunities in the next 6-9mths. :)

I will keep my eye on it.

I suspect there will be significant short term dips in share price giving a cheaper buy opportunity in the wait until fracking.

I see RR as 2X or 3X this price the next 2-4 years. I just can see how it will not happen once covid is controlled and Russia stop being dicks.

I think there is so much to come from RR in the next 2-4 years, just an amazing mainstream opportunity.

They have the best large jet engines in the market and dominate it, with 50% of sales as they will for years to come.
A massive strategic importance with the Naval projects, that means they are government/tax payer protected.
There Balance sheet looks terrible due the billions of written off R&D that puts there IP way beyond any serious new entries for years.
They using they Nuclear reactor experience to help in the energy crisis what other company worldwide could even do this, bring energy security for the nation.

I just banked £60k profit averaged out 80m at .28p Approx ...

Bringing my total profit in Oilex to about £140k which will do me ... its been journey to say the least and I have been as much as £80k down in the past! I might buy back in we will see, in the mean times thanks for all the fish.

Oilex has been informed by the Gujarat Pollution Control Board ("GPCB") that they have confirmed the revocation of the production halt concerning the Company's Cambay field and have authorised the use of the Early Gas Production Facility ("EGPF") on the Cambay C-73 wellsite. GPCB's personnel will visit the C-73 wellsite to remove the production flange seal in the coming days.

Already making on the trades today.

This will get sorted out, but it just more wasted time and cash burn, have the shareholders not suffered enough!

I guess the difference is the court is not blocking it anymore, but Oilex still did not add it in for completeness odd.

It seems odd to me after they had trouble with the EGPF before with the GPCB, that they would not have made it more front and center in the EC spec....

Seems like a bit of predicable own goal by Oilex management to me, as no one like being told what to do by a court and they will do there best to wiggle out of it.

17. During deliberation PP has informed that a Court case was filed by GPCB
against M/s Oilex Ltd on 18th February 2019 in Khambhat local court. The court
case was filed by GPCB after it had issued a closure order against Oilex’s C-73
EGPF citing lack of valid EC due to absence of the word “EGPF” in their EC. On
31st July 2021 interim order was passed by the court framing charges against M/s
Oilex to mutually settle the matter. Subsequently, the case was disposed of
before Lok Adalat on 11th December 2021 upon payment of a penalty of INR 4
lakhs. Currently, there is no litigation pending against the proposed project. EAC
directed that PP shall obtain revoke to closure order filed by GPCB. PP has made
detailed presentation on CCR and EAC found the compliance status satisfactory.
Further, EAC sought following commitment from PP:
? The proposed budget of Rs. 4.825 towards CER shall be spent on improving
green energy and on improving infrastructure of public schools in nearby
villages. All the proposed activities under CER shall be completed within 3
years
PP agreed to the commitment sought by EAC.

It always does, but it is impossible to work out just how serious this is.

As there i two points in the RNS..

"GPCB are questioning whether the new EC authorises the use of the Early Gas Production Facility ("EGPF") on the Cambay C-73 wellsite since the EGPF is not specifically referenced. The Company asserts that the EGPF is indeed specifically referenced and authorised under Clause 17 of the EC."

Having read EC Section 17 I would agree that the EGPF is specifically referenced in section 17, but i am not not sure that is what the GPCB mean, as Section 17 certainly does not look to me it authorise it for use in the EC. It taking about the court case and saying it was cleared.

It has nothing to do with EC issues as far i can see...

I don't think we heard the last this and it might be a pretty big ball dropped by Oilex here, although i hope not.

Maybe someone with more Oil/Gas experience can explain it?

Bull**** RG it is 94.7% ...

I don't know what close of day will be, often we get movement both ways at close. I am confident the RNS expect soon, will take this into 30s and could easily peak into 40s. So the risk of being out is higher that a short term gain for me currently.

I could still walk away with £30k plus profit even at these levels to add to my Profit pot.
