I still hold that the GOI approval will push this over up to .75p on the news.

The logic being news of the deal got us to over .50p with out GOI approval, since then GAS and Oil prices have risen a lot and I think I right in saying there has been no dilution of shares since that was not announced then.

So GOI approval is just a repeat of the deal announcement with the last barrier gone.

Great information sharing Jasper, fingers crossed they have the dates right as this has painful to watch.

The silence is worrying for us investors. We were always told GOI approval was formality, it would seem it is not and they not telling us.

If GOI say no we might as well say good bye to our investments over £100k for me.

I am not a public practice accountant, but use to work for companies, now with my own engineering business, my expertise is in business management and strategy.

I think six months down the line Rolland is failing. Nothing much has happened, poor communication and no progress on plans have been published.

The end of July is useful, no one told us that the 6 month clock started ticking end of July or i missed it re the bank facility.

Oilex remains very confident that the approval will be received but appreciate the frustration you have with regard to the delay in its arriving. It is the company’s understanding that estimates for GOI approval range from 3-6 months and the clock started at the end of July when the bank guarantee was put in place. The company shall of course update shareholders as soon as such approval is received.
