Being pedantic we weren't told they were pre sold, we were told they are essentially pre sold based on previous waiting lists and expectations.

However yea fully agree, I have been trying to think what are the reasons why if something has a large waiting list difference would not have been sold out. Slightly embarrassing for him potentially on a small point as he linked these exclusive events to what helps try drive growth / momentum.

Thinking back to October, it was pretty grim, still is, but with the news narratives being more constant/ in your face about everyone is going to love in a. Cold dark cave and not going to have food by the end of the year and lucky only if one nuclear bomb goes off in your country. So maybe a lot of people were scared off, or genuinely couldn't stretch that far. Hopefully the cut backs though just translated into specific product purchases rather than none at all.

Meant to say I think wrong about deliberate etc, but the fact they are still around is interesting and insightful.

Actually golden is wrong. I would agree with novice about what he stated about waiting lists.if you listen to the call again and don't miss the wording. It's all we are expecting, we are expecting a 160'000 waiting list, they are essentially presold. I've listened to it twice, not sure why, but what he said wasn't we have done this and that, to me what he's said is opposite and I don't see a lie on this occasion. I couldn't be bothered to listen further so maybe he stated it then.

Don't really know much about shorting, especially big players and stuff, just curious as ste said holding since 2021 etc, how does that work with interest etc / payments. Would all shorts be subject to some form of this and what is usual fees etc associated with this?

Crazy few days, to be honest with everything the last few years I really feel this s going to become an almost new normal, though I suppose this kind of crap is actually very common place, but just not as noticeable as yesterday

Smart, we had a 20% drop, 15% drop and 8% drop on the way up. You never know what will happen, past history about not holding rises is not great and I hope history doesn't repeat itself. Instill have a bit of hope left and whoever is taking it in on these moves is doing ok... Just not me ;)

Sorry I didn't write it very well and that sounds about right to what I was aware of :) I was just highlighting that CGT value is ,£ 0 at date of death, but them remembered it still formed part of the estate so doesn't really help if your over and have to pay 40% Vs selling before you die and incurring CGT. A bit all over the place today so apologies

Sp28, that's if what he says is true, no one may have contacted him, could all be drama. Not saying it is, just making the point you never know! I would like it to be true though :)

There is no IHT***

Someone mentioned IHT, as far as I was aware ( may have changed) when you die the value of your shares for IHT is at date of death and then CGT is applied to any gains or losses using deceased allowance max 2 years. Or something.. ish.. not tax advice :)

Ste my friend, it would seem you have been burned badly here or are short, I hope for you the best ( well except the short as I am invested here), or manage to recoup money and you find some closure, yes the ramping can be far too much here, but you clearly want the company to burn. Every bit of red, you post and seem to take delight in winding people up. Whatever the reasons I hope you sort it out

Was over exposed and reduced a small amount, dipped below that removal level yesterday and almost put it back in. Would have been a nice ,18-19% up in 24 hours! Stupid or smart I don't know anymore, trying not to get carried away and be careful but damn it's good for the up and long may it continue. Really hope other LTH meet break even soon, is a good feeling

Golden, yea case studies on current strategy would be good and they are slightly all over the place, but KPI or not I don't expect just whales to be signed and if they sign smaller guys doesn't means it's against the main strategy. Do hope we can see into the dealings a bit clearer soon
