Of course I would love 60p this year, but isn't all this 20/30/60p talk just convincing all the NTH's to see this as just another AIM P & D Company.

Personally I see GGP as a stellar opportunity, with an incredible BOD, who have consistently over delivered, and that given a little patience, could make many people here some serious ££££.

I am still hoping that GH can negotiate enough Cash from our 5% at true market value, that we will be able to retain our 25% through to production..

I am not one for trying to guess figures, but having a massive revenue stream coming into GGP for the next 20+ years, which could be used to self fund acquisitions and all exploration and drilling programmes, and of course a healthy dividend for share holders, would be an option that I would be 1000% happy with.

Am sure the above is the most unlikely of all scenarios, but we are already living in unprecedented times...

Anyways....

Today would have been my dear Dad Bruno's 96 Birthday.. So I am just pottering around on the patio at about 10 am this morning, drinking my Coffee, when my phone rings..

No Caller ID: normally I wouldn't answer, but I did.. the caller in a soft voice, asked to speak to Bruno. I initially thought it must be an insurance/bank phishing call, but then I thought, what if its an old friend etc who isn't aware that Dad passed away 18 Months ago...

So I said, its Robert, Bruno's son.... To cut a long story short, it was Garry Mabbut, Ex England and Spurs Captain, and he was calling to wish Dad a Happy B Day etc.. We then chatted on the phone for over 10 mins... He said he has been calling people/fans to see if he or the club can help in any way in these times of need... (NB. we have been lifelong Spurs Season ticket holders..) What a lovely call to receive, and maybe an indication that even PLC's are starting to realise that they are nothing without the community that supports them...

Passer that comment just got my nomination for post of the Year

I appreciate that this morning presentation probably wasn't on the surface full of Golden Nuggets like a lot of posters have been expecting, but having seen CB talk at a couple of AGM's, and when he has appeared with GH on various video's, this was about as enthusiastic as he gets..

Personally I found it just reconfirmed that Hav is as important to NC as it will be transformational to GGP, and perhaps many of US.

The other reminder, was how excellent our other prospects are.. and the fact that CB confirmed we are still looking to drill Scally and PR East in 2020, and that we have cash in the bank until 2021...

The only disappointment, was not being able to take part in a live Q & A..
Maybe my expectations/needs are less urgent than others, but my concern is not todays SP, but where it is in 12/24 months.

Highlight for me, SB's unguarded comments on the Declines and Permits at Red Cris and Hav, and at 54:00 when SB says Hav is replacing Telfer..

To think I sold my holding of 253K for £10k in June, after having lost £5k in about the previous 6 Months .....

Sorry gents, had to sell my final holding of 806,635 this am.. needed to establish my not inconsiderable loss here, to offset against some other gains...

I am hoping to buy back into Block, in a month or two's time, when I realise some other gains...

I bought here at an average of 10p, and still think that you are massively undervalued at Today's crazy prices...

There seems to have been a huge focus on the SP moving plus or minus 10% after another stellar set of results, and a further commitment from NC... AndI almost forgot, a doubling of the Numis advice note to 12p..

Maybe some of the more agitated posters have forgotten where the SP was on the 1st of Jan 20 1.80 !!

Afternoon Folks,

Well what a stellar update! Amazing how the grades just keep on coming..

Would all the folks that seem so concerned about Today's SP, look back at where we were 3/6/12/24 Months ago, and maybe do some research and read a few of the RNS's and then have another look at all of the Data that PG has so generously shared with US... And then if you are still concerned about the SP today, maybe GGP isn't the right share for you to be investing in..

On a different note, what's the deal with all of these folks asking "How many shares, and at what price do you own?" Are they collating info for HMRC? I am happy with what I am holding, but wished I had bought more when they were >1p..

Whether you drive a Fiat Panda or a Ferrari Enzo, live in a Caravan or a Tax Haven and 100 or 100M shares, I really could care less.

What I do hope for, is that all of the excellent contributors stay on this BB and I sincerely hope you have the patience and liquidity to stay the whole journey with GGP.

I don't have any Lucky clothing, and strongly believe that GH and CB are the best Lucky Charms we could have found.

I do have certain musicians/artists that I tend to listen to when life is travelling faster than my poor old brain can handle..

Tonight I will be listening to Miles Davis.. Kind of Blue.. and drinking a nice Red or two.
