I think I bought my first A40 for £50.. Happy Days..

Have very fond memories of thousands of smiles and miles in a duck egg blue Morris Minor, which was unfortunately sent to an early grave, by a big Mercedes, who didn't notice me, or the Zebra Crossing I had stopped at to let a little old lady cross....

I still have the Reg No from the MM on a nice old Italian banger that I bought 15 years ago... Damn, I should have realised the lack of a bench seat was what was hindering me all these years!

Jerry, 911 is a very different animal today, to 25 years ago. They will still scare the bejesus out of you and any passenger when required, but are also now remarkably docile, and pretty civilised..

I can strongly recommend the 911.. I went down the MenoPorsche route about 20 years ago, and your only worry is collecting points on your licence, or running out of garage space!

Have either of you test driven the Taycan? It would have similar performance, with virtually zero running costs..

Do you folks not think that Rudy would have had to have taken LFT's and probably PCR's, to be in Court, especially as people working closely with DT at the WH, seem to be very prone to catching CV-19 ?

Still Hoding..

I like many traditional or perhaps older investors, are somewhat hesitant when it comes to Bitcoins and other digital currencies... But holy moly I should have taken a random strangers advice about 10 years ago..

I was on my way home to London from a job in Germany, and somehow my flight was routed via Zurich, so with a couple of hours to kill before my connection to London, I found the best looking bar, and was enjoying a couple of beers, and chatting with a fellow traveller, when somehow we got gassing about investments..

He excitedly told me he had just bought 12 Bitcoins for $100, and gave me the full spiel about how this was going to be the next big thing etc etc...

Being a sensible sort of chap, I just nodded politely, whilst thinking what a complete numpty for investing in what was sure to be worth $1 as soon as the media pump had lost its momentum...

Hold Gold, and Hold for (masses of) Gold..

I think the exciting part for me, is if we get good grades back from SW, it will just reinforce how good a geologist CB is, and make me even more happy to have been holding in GGP for 4 Years.
