I dont think that anyone wants to think they aren’t busy, the issue is the reliance on amateur detective work to get any updates, and when the company does give any official updates its all the same waiting game after months / years of waiting

The Company’s communication smoke and mirrors just leaves its investors thinking “what exactly are they doing?”

Unfortunately I suspect that the lack of detail around any commercial agreement is because they just aren’t making the promised “transformational “ difference to the company’s bottom line

Sure as hell they knew the touted "transformational" impact of the DHSC contract wasn't going to happen, If they had believed what the company were spewing on twitter in February they would have been idiots to sell when news was expected imminently.

No one blames them for selling on a high, just the dishonest pump before, when they showed their true colours, and have they done anything to justify their granted options, delayed tech transfer, delayed regulator engagement, no distribution agreements, no sales.

Colin knew from the start the contract was a stand by contract worth next to nothing, hence the downbeat announcement RNS, and its sure as S*** the BoD knew what the reality was and couldn't believe it when they were able to offload in the 90's

So we have the in February to sweeten the poor trading update

It’s obvious now why LG and Richard Sneller bailed as soon as they saw a rise in the share price based on the company pump from Covid, and the BoD offloaded when they did.

Starting to look like Colin’s pot of tomorrow’s Jam is actually a pot of steaming turd.
