Ignore the 1M DHSC supplied capacity, this is an "exclusive agreement" for approx 4.8% of the ODX own (allegedly) capacity.

Well if it is 200K a month (which we don't know it is) then that is a fraction of our (non-DHSC) 1M per week capacity.

Professional use sales has obviously been a massive issue, and looks like anything was better that nothing, and we hope that self use will take up the slack

How can Colin be expecting more deals to follow, if the agreement they have signed with DAM is and exclusive one? I'm assuming that in between the mumbling on the VOX podcast he actually meant more deals for Self test ?

Confirmation from Walbrook this morning regarding the agreement

"With certain exceptions, including any demand from DHSC, I can confirm that the agreement is for Omega to exclusively supply and for DAM Health to exclusively use Omega’s professional use COVID-19 antigen test throughout the UK and Europe.

Note that this exclusivity agreement centres around the ‘professional-use’ test only and does not cover the VISITECT ® ‘self-test’ which is waiting for CE mark approval."

Unfortunately that is all too often the case with AIM listed companies, some, and it appears that Colin is in the group, just see the shareholders as a piggy bank they can call on when the need to, and there is little or no consequence of not delivering on any targets or promises.

Omega should have been in the right place at the right time for Covid to take the company from a "Primary School Science Lab" to a leading diagnostics company, with cash in the bank that would see it through for the next decade or beyond.

But the reality of the situation is the mismanagement, half truths and downright lies has left Omega as a laughing stock,

Last years placing was seen by most as an opportunity to set the company on the road to being cash rich with multiple revenue streams and a pipeline of tests reaching for years to come, look at the situation Colin's and his Cronies ineptitude has left the company in, No revenue to mention, No development stream, no reputation.

Unfortunately that is mostly down to Colin, and he has to realise he is the in last chance saloon, to achieve anything he has announced in the last 18 Months.

Whilst the lack of Institutional investors may give him a sense of security, he has to be a little nervous that a larger number of investors by the day are beginning to voice their concerns.

The issue being that approvals has been the ODX nemesis over the last 18 months.

We are only 17 days away from being a full year from when we were told the the FDA submission for the ABC-19 test was progressing well, look what happened to that.

We are only 56 days away from being a full year from when we were told Mologic had secured CE mark for its Antigen test, and ODX were to commence TT, so we presume that regulator engagement of some kind should have started around that point.

And lets not even mention the UK-RTC MHRA "imminent" debacle.

The company has no handle on when/if and regulator approvals will arrive, that was evident from the June statement regarding targeting approval by the end of July, being hurriedly changed to complete submission by end of july, and radio silence since.

With test and trace being branded an eye watering waste of money, and Sunak trumpeting his post-covid budget, how much appetite do you think there is in the DHSC to spend anything with Omega when they have 325m tests in storage?

Colin has previously stated that India was not a market that Omega could compete in, due to costs

We will all find out whats been going on at the end of November , when they are required to produce interim results

Colin cant hide for much longer, 2 months until its a year since Mologic secured CE mark for its antigen test, and ODX started TT

@wadogara: You would rather blame the frustration of posters on this forum, than actually take a long look at what CK has delivered over the last 18 months.

Perhaps more people would be happy with their investment if they we confident it would at least remain static for a period of time whilst the "transformation" kicks in, rather than being concerned that Emperor Kings new clothes may soon be revealed as just a pack of lies.

You are deluded if you think the discord from some on here regarding the company performance is because they want a lower entry point, but if thats what you choose to believe, it is after all a free country (well at the moment anyway)

The hold up on the DHSC contract is the fact that they have a stock pile sufficient to last nearly 2 years at the current burn rate, and the DHSC contract has no minimum order value, so they don't need / wont order anything.

Colin King and his BoD have shown themselves to be incompetent amateurs at best, fraudsters at worse.

Nothing is likely to happen with the Covid business in the next few weeks, Jon Bannister who was supposed to be spearheading the commercial side, is on holiday this week and then in Kenya next week

CD4 is the only thing the company have a grasp on, and unfortunately thats small beer, which at best will support a SP of 30-40p

The company regulator engagement has been shockingly poor for a 'Global Diagnostics leader', Investor communications poor, Sales non-existent, Distribution setup non-existent, professionals in the UK still have no outlet from where to purchase any Visitect Antigen test.

Colin King clearly just wants all the commotion to go away and for him to sink back into his back water office and just take the bloated salary every month, oh and the share options when they arrive
