The agreement is mutual, so for the professional use test, ODX can now only sell to DAM

No it doesn't the exclusivity as confirmed by Walbrook yesterday is mutual for the professional use test, as of the signing ODX can only sell its professional use Visitect Antigen test to its partner DAM

This from the person that spent all day yesterday putting everyone down that "didn't understand the regulation"

Well its clear that rather than succeeding in his how high you can pee competition, with regards to regulator knowledge, it now appears he was just p i s s i n g on his shoes !

The CTDA Regulations *do not* apply to the Visitect Professional POC test, as it was CE marked and had market authorisation prior to 1 September 2021. It is that Professional POC test which is being sold to DAM Health at this time.

Avacta RNS announcement on 4th August :T"he AffiDX® SARS-CoV-2 antigen lateral flow test is a high performance, 20-minute antigen test using patient-friendly nasal swabbing that is CE marked for professional use in the UK and EU. "

So why do you think there is a difference in the regulation impact ?

I don't think that is the issue, I'm sure DAM are only signed up for tests that are approved to sell, its the bull s h i t that comes out of Colin Kings mumbling gob that has most worried.

How does the Visitect CE mark registration differ from the Avacta one, and why did they feel the need to say what they did today via their RNS, if Omega don't deem it necessary to get CTDA approval ?

The facts are that once again the ODX communication to its investors and the wider market has been shrouded in half truths and omissions, Absolute s h i t show again and again

Whose going to pay for the raw materials etc, are you really saying that ODX will put themselves at financial risk making millions of tests a week they don't yet have orders for?

An exclusive agreement for 2.5/5% of capacity was never going to make a large difference to the SP, its basically Colin admitting they had little or no interest in the professional use test so have committed to whatever whatever was offered, it defo wasn’t the transformational news they have been banging on about for months.

The self-use test should be the one that makes a difference, but when or even if that arrives is anyones guess

so 2.4 / 4.8 % of ODX capacity in an exclusive agreement that prevents ODX from selling professional use test to anyone else?

Colin is either
i) Completely stupid and desperate to sell anything at any cost
ii) Supremely confident that the remaining capacity will be taken up with Self use tests

Based on his mumbling on this mornings VOX podcast you have to make up your own mind, because once again an ODX RNS leaves more questions unanswered than answered.
