They have, in their usual style, first its we are targeting EU regulator approval by the end of July (to pump up the volume), Then its we meant we will make submission to the EU regulator by the end of July, Then its complete silence as to whether that submission was made, and shoot off on holiday !

We have the evidence that our CEO has stated without test selection we cant make a test (obviously)

We have the evidence that the government have stated they have not allowed ODX to use the equipment to produce anything outside of the DHSC contract

We have the evidence that the commissioning phase is completed on schedule (end of may) and we are now waiting for test selection and supply orders

We have the evidence that the DHSC contract states the ODX should maintain the equipment in good working order

I don't have any evidence or Henry the Hover, it could be a dyson (Other vacuum cleaners are available!)

Apart from pushing henry the hover around now and again to keep the cobwebs down, then idle would perfectly describe the majority of the DHSC loaded equipment !

What do you think they are making, no test selected and no approval to use the equipment for any other test, so i am wondering what you think they are making ?

@Mikethai: Lets actually examine the "250" employees statement that the company has made much noise about.

The company over the last few months have become a little confused as to what that figure actually is, On twitter the clearly state 250 employees, whilst the HR department seem to think that number is 140 in job adverts they are posting, Colin clarifies the situation in both BigJocks Q&A (if you believe that) and later Investor presentation that they are using agency staff as needed.

An increase of just 19 on the previous year, so what are we to believe ?

@JimmyJesus: Thats exactly what i am saying (and have said previously the DHSC contract for ODX is a contingency contract for the government and a lemon for ODX), the issue being Colin took his eye off the wider picture of external markets with the delayed TT and regulator approvals, in favour of his "transformational dhsc contract", and look where that has led us to !

Last time i checked Boris and his Clowns were not responsible for ODX's 6 month Tech Transfer debacle, and for the regulatory approvals delay of 6 months before even engaging the regulator.

At least he hasn't shut the place down this time, as he did at Christmas, when we were led to believe the Mologic Tech transfer was starting, whats a few weeks or months in the middle of a pandemic or a transformational year for your company !

4 hours a day, what you mean he's putting in 3 hours a day more than he has all year !

You have to wonder if Colin's "regular dialogue with the Department of Health and Social Care" he keeps telling us that is going on is via Whats-App to Bugger up Bethnel's now broken phone !
