Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
Have just read the UKinvestor article posted by our FUDmonger...
"Of course, this will change should lithium be produced as planned"
Sounds like one of their freelance journos has spend literally minutes researching this. DYOR
If something is deemed as being "under trust" it is a legal contract term meaning that something is in the care or guardianship of another party. Anyone who is dim enough to think that it means something about being trusted or a gentleman's agreement, and is brazen enough to proclaim that on here as fact, is definitely worth ignoring.
If you are awarded shares and don't have the readies to cover the tax liability then you have little option but to sell a wedge. I have a busy day tomorrow but may put in a limit bid for a few, just in case the SP drops into the totally silly range.
"Cant sell them, but they can lend them. Not complicated."
So now Hainan, a large and successful MINING company with a current need for LITHIUM and a declared future interest in other minerals including GOLD, is actually buying into a LITHIUM MINE in partnership with a GOLD prospector because they want to get into dodgy short selling scams with disreputable hedge funds? Erm...
OK - time for a bit of perspective maybe. Sell price is 0.53. To find a sell price this low you need to go back all the way to... [checks SP chart]... 26 October, 2023.
HOLD THE FRONT PAGE! AIM stock hits 3 week low!
I have read several proposed reasons for the "collapse" but for me one stands out. The number of short-term holders waiting on funding to drop and make them rich. Here I have some sympathy with the naysayers. Commentators elsewhere (not here in any real number as far as I can recall) have given optimistic estimates of where the SP will go when funding lands. One can sense hundreds of disappointed punters bailing out in frustration. Or something like that.
For LTH like me it makes little odds. The value is there same as before. But I can only imagine the frustration of those trying to make a quick buck with a stock like this. Seems like there is only one surefire way...
Don't try to predict when good news comes
Don't try to predict the reaction when it does come
Wait for the news to drop and the reaction to happen
Then short the sh*t out of it for a few days
But you can often only do that with pocket money amounts on spread betting platforms.
As for the serious players, if they want in they will have done their DD and will be waiting for the right moment/price.
I have enough of these, but if they drop below 0.5p I might reconsider. If they get anywhere near 0.4p I will find some cash from somewhere for a top-up. I expect a relatively slow and steady recovery and then push on into new territory.
Clacker. I wouldn´t read too much into it. If the SP was "correct" (lol) yesterday at ca. 0.7p then the dilution of doubling the number of shares at a price per new issued share of 0.5p would technically mean that the "correct" value is now ca. 0.6p. Looks like the market will take a while to price in the future value the investment of those funds into an operational mine - but it will come.
The "bwahahaha" leaves no doubt about who started this thread!
I don´t have level 2 but it looked like there were a bunch of day traders selling out at the end. I couldn´t get a price to sell any number. We won't see the real impact until tomorrow morning.
