Yeah thanks, that's what I thought it would probably be, I dont get why return capital via a tender offer though, forcing the people that do like the rest of the company to sell shares if they do want any reward for Playstack and have to buy back, why not just do a special dividend, sure the share price would drop but a much clearer structure IMO, oh well, it is what it is, I think I'll hold for the payout seeing as its dropped so much now and as you say on paper the rest of the business plus the cash should cover the difference on the remaining if the market gives it a fair value after the dust settles.

From the acceptances they already have secured it's very unlikely to be rejected.

I really dont get why they would sell, the buyer obviously sees more potential or they wouldnt be buying it, and it's on the cusp of a major hit, perhaps if they had an even better use for the money it would make sense, but they havent stated that they have an even stronger candidate in the pipeline, even if they cant name it yet.

I dont understand the tender offer, they havent made it very clear, they plan to buy a certain percentage of our holdings at 140p? But not all of them? If so, then I'm getting out now as Playstack was my only reason to be invested here. But if they are offering to buy all our shares at £1.40 then it's worth holding for that month or so it's gonna take to complete, even worth buying more for a pretty much guarenteed 5% return at the current price, I'm assuming it must be the former or the price would be much closer to 140p already surely.

What's this in the news, greedy communist Labour trying to grab even more money from oil companies? I'm not surprised, every time they hear of profits in oil they are trying to get their hands on more of it.

Not really sure what this will apply to, surely companies pay the tax in the countries they are operating in, Labour wanna double tax them as well?

Whatever it is, doesnt sound good, fat chance of them cutting the windfall tax anytime soon, they want MORE!

Clearly not great news for the reputation of Nicaragua that will spook some holders and prospective investors, understandablly hitting the share price and reminding us of jurisdictional risks and why we are getting bargain prices to begin with.

But there seems no direct impact on MTL, if anything it's positive IMO as it reminds the Nicaraguan government not to try any more funny business because the US is watching and there are consequences for their actions.

And I assume the BHMB seizure was before America going in to Venezuela? After that the rest of the area should be on their best behaviour lest it happens to them next.

I can see the SP dropping further in the short term though if MTL puts out any RNS, even saying it's no problem, just highlighting the issue will spook more investors out.

The big gains are rarely, if ever, risk free. That's what we signed up for with MTL, so nothing has really changed my reason to be invested with this news.

Personally I'm more concerned with our communist Labour goverment stealing assests/profits than I am Nicaragua, it feels far more likely.

Seems I was a bit too optimitic on the timeline, the open beta is due to start in the summer, so maybe an autumn release at best, would be nice if they could get it out in time for Halloween.

Took a starting position today of just over 10k shares, hoping to add more if they get an unjustified drift down, but I'm expecting them to announce Mortal Shell 2's release date this month, probably a release in June. They got great reactions from the Summer Games Fest reveal and Asmongold (an extremely popular US Twitch streamer) recently raved about it on Youtube about how insanely good the game looks and plans to play it on stream, priceless promotion, so they really could have a big hit on their hands here.

People are starting to catch on that know the gaming industry, hence the slow but relentless rise recently, but the general market is unaware of the hit that's likely coming and only valuing it on the current success of Abiotic Factor and Balatro, at worst I think this is fair value here with the chance for much higher, plus I like that it's good diversification from global finances, people are always gonna want entertainment for distraction, no matter how bad the economy may get.

What would you consider a fair price for MS2?

I was thinking 38 quid/50 bucks would be justified for such a high quality game. They can always have sales of like 20-25% later, but the already interested players wouldnt mind that kind of price, so why miss out and only charge say £25, which would be too low IMO.

The best play I could find on silver is Starcore International on the TSX, if youre able to trade there and can stomach the risk of a mine in Mexico with the current cartel issues (although the State its in is one of the better ones), then it's about to ramp up silver production but also has its gold production supporting it if silver prices fall back some, its for sure high risk with a reward of perhaps a 3 bagger at current prices, definetly a spicy one, and I do own it so I'm talking my own book, but might be worth a little flutter you can afford to lose.

Yeah, I was trying to trade Mako to get a better price, but then it ran higher instead, still looks good and has more diversification than MTL, but as I said there's slightly more value here arriving sooner if everything goes to plan, plus I already have a lot of currency exposure with my other Canadian miners, so it's nice to have another priced in GBP, although I do have a load in AltynGold too.

Well I'm sure it'll be a bumpy ride with gold price volatility, but with the crazy debt levels and money printing, gold will keep grinding higher in the long run, the CEO impressed me and I'm liking the potential, so I dont wanna wait for a pullback as it's good enough value for me now to risk missing out on it narrowing its discount, So I'm in with two tranches, 200k and 125k shares.

I expect a big drop now of course, sorry to do this to you all ;)

Yeah, I gathered there must have been some issues that have nerfed a rise, that seems like a good opportunity to still get in at a decent discount if they are just temporary setbacks.

I actually like Nicaragua, it's great gold grades are worth the jursidictional risk IMO, lets face it with greedy left wing governments around pretty much everywhere has it own risks, and after Trump gave Venezula a slap I think Nicaragua will want to keep off his radar and behave themselves.

If this was listed in Canada where I've had to buy my other gold stocks, it would be much higher, I had Calibre and Mako Mining for a while, as well as others in some even more risky locations so not adverse to that risk, was going to go back in to Mako but this one has more upside currently and sooner.

Not such a fan of the Philippines but only really need that to pay for the new mine going in to production to still be a bargain.

Looks like I'll be picking up a decent chunk later today then, after a few more checks.

Hi all, just discovered this share, and been checking the numbers, by my calculations this should be a minimum of a double and a 2 bagger fair value once the 2nd mine is in production, just at current gold prices let alone higher, which begs the question what doesnt the market not like/worried about, for such a long standing deep discount?

If it's just execution risk on building the mine, I'd take that bet with that risk reward ratio.

Unbiased answers please, I get you all wanna hype it, I just need to know what the negative(s) is/are so I can make a balanced decision on how much to risk here.

Oh they still have plenty of nutjobs, including the top nutters at the top, you're assuming they will do the rational thing, I've seen no evidence for any rationality, I just watched an interview with Ed Milband from earlier today, and he's still clearly off his rocker about the energy policy and lying through his teeth to defend it.

Altyn is the clear leader by far over its nearest competition of Jaguar Mining which I just bought today, a lot later than I should have, but that looks like it could still be at least a 2 bagger if gold prices hold.

Agreed its a bit late to buy Steppe Gold now compared to some better value options, It's perhaps a double from here so Im still holding some after top slicing, but I bought it back when it was about 60 and its up 233% for me, so it was definetely worth buying at the time less than a year ago, it was also the highest value on Albert S's list as Altyn now is, so hopefully history can repat itself for Altyn from here.

Although Thor is only printing as a 50% upsdie itself unless it has some tricks up its sleve, albeit with a divi too while you wait which is a bonus.

All assuming the gold price remains at the current levels of course and the markets value all jurisdictions equally, which of course they dont.

Still we have to use the information we have to get some rough idea of the best value and potential upside compared to the rest.

Albert S on Youtube has done quite comprehensive spreadsheets on most of the gold miners future earnings assuming they hit their targets and costs of course, this one comes out as the best value and most upside, at over a 4 bagger from here using a future PE ratio of 5 for all of them, obviously some will get higher multiples for being in better jurisdictions and more scale, but a PE of 5 for these doesnt seem much of a stretch, maybe it'll only be 3 or 4 once there is little growth left, but still, one of the best juniors you can buy on a risk-reward basis IMO, so I loaded up 35k's worth last week, so there still should be plenty of upsdie left hopefully if the gold price holds up above $3500.

I also have Steppe Gold, Mako Mining, Serabi, was in Aris but sold to move into here after a nice run up, and Nexgold as a great development play.

Don Durrett is also a good information source compaing mulitple gold and silver companies on YT but I dont think he covers Altyn and doesnt delve into the maths as much while being more optimistic valuing them all at future PE's of 10.

Every time I try to trade it to get a few more it always whips the opposite direction, welp I'm back in with a £56k buy right at the close, cant risk being out over the weekend, of course this means the vote is bound to fail, sorry guys, but it should eventually get through, I couldnt risk missing out on a rise tomorrow and potential jump on Monday, managed to get a poxy 48 extra shares for £480 quid less, trading this thing is more stressful than just going with the flow!
