Excellent news over the weekend re CFDA. I note it’s been changed back, it would agree it seems that nyct may have instigated the change because such news must first be rnsed. It would be interesting to find out if only ncyt was modified to add CFDA on Saturday.

The other excellent news is Primerdesign production manager saying on Friday in the evening that they helping the U.K. and the world.

Jonathansxx, of course tests will be used more than vaccine. Say you get 100 showing signs of flu/fever (virus symptoms), you tests all of them to get those that have the virus. Or will you give all of them the vaccine? Cost and side effects for god sake- see my previous post, yet it 10 years old simple logic.

Valhalla14, we’ve gone over the vaccine/test several. You first need to test before you administer the vaccine. Will you straight away give the vaccine to someone who may have only flu or fever symptoms yet clear of the virus. Think of the side effect and more IMPORTANTLY COST (from government perspective). A vaccine cost 12s times that of a test.....and SIDE EFFECTS for god sake.

Someone before mention this stock before. If anyone has few £ and want to invest elsewhere in the pharma sector, open orphan just announced a contract this morning and plenty more in the pipeline

if they need that many respirators, can you imagine how many tests they will need, particularly when people have to retested.

Nah they aren’t shorters, they don’t dare short a stock that rises 50/70/80% in a day. They’re idiotic derampers who want to get in cheap (at the expense of weak holders) yet always miss the train.

You bet given ncyt being also French, to ward off recession the government will be using ncyt tests. Plus the french are very loyal to their brand.

EU commission has upped their virus alert from moderate to high (as posted yesterday). The french government known to be wanting to be seen leaders within the EU, they will be pushing for ncyt tests to be used all over Europe...and it’s good business and tax return for them. Well EU too have no choice, ncyt tests are the only efficient one available.

Deepjoy, I’m aware of the co being a clinical research entity. However, you seem to overlook the fact they have a joint venture to develop the influenza vaccine into a universal one. The CEO or Cathel (can’t remember who) said if they were successful the vaccine would serve and I quote “7 billion people whereas the current vaccine serves 430/460 million”, or words to that effect. So what would that to the share price if they were to succeed with the influenza? Having done phase 2, aren’t they now in the preparedness to discuss phase 3 with the FDA?

Yes Cathel said he wants to get open orphan at a stage to sell it off. However Trevor Phillips said either that or to develop the company further. I’m sure if they get the go ahead from the FDA, they would very like keep the company.

What is your take re their possible involvement with the Coronavirus if only in terms providing their services/clinic facilities? Cheers
