And further down the line an FDA emergency application, the red tape of which Trump and FDA themselves say are going to be relaxed to accommodate the urgency need for any drug or therapeutic treatment.

The company below mcap is $10 billions yet has no product at advance stage, compared to Tils. Which confirms the executive chairman complaining about the “big disparity” between Americans and U.K. investors in valuing biotech cos and his decision to delist from aim in favour of Nasdaq.

Also gives an idea of possible mcap of Tils on Nasdaq when fully listed in 2 months. So the sp today, it’s fluctuation is immaterial when you look at the big picture, including drug assets in development some at advanced stages.

To build on mr previous post on lungs disease, the FDA is relaxing the rules to authorise medical products tackling the coronavirus. Tils will be seeking FDA approva, and with the timely full Nasdaq listing in 2 months, one can imagine the positive effect on the share price, notwithstanding the fact Americans value biotech much more highly as the ceo said, hence the reason for delisting from Aim.

The FDA will now allow individual states to authorize the use of laboratory-developed tests by qualified in-state labs for the coronavirus causing the current outbreak. The labs do not have to engage with the FDA nor will they need to apply for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

Mark my word, as I said yesterday the sp will more than double on the 1st 2/3 days of the full Nasdaq trading and this without news expected.
